They are also not inexpensive, so if you need some deep cleaning and other services - they'll do a great job for you -- but it will cost you some bank. We currently have 5 year old carpet that I called them to clean. Over the phone we discussed what areas were needed -- they still have measurements and rooms recorded from our first visit - so I simply had to confirm what areas were to be cleaned. I was pleased to learn they also do non-carpeted floor and countertop cleaning now, too, though we didn't schedule that. We set up an appointment and the team (3 people!) arrived promptly. They identified areas that needed some deeper cleaning (bad dog!) and we agreed on the services and pricing. The team brought in tarps to cover our floor, used booties so they didn't track anything in, and had corner guards to protect our walls from getting messed up. They also showed considerable knowledge of construction materials and advised us on the best care for the carpet and how they would approach the cleaning so as not to damage our baseboards. In short, they did a great job on our carpets (as always.) I highly recommend Mr. Peabody's!

Mr Peabody's sent an estimator who then had one of their technicians check the job out. The tech was really thorough and made suggestions I had not considered. The following week we got the quote for the job which was more than I anticipated. We accepted the quote and scheduled the job. Trenton, who was the tech that scoped out the job previously showed up on time and proceeded to build a room in the kitchen to contain the dust from cutting the stone. He removed material from three sides of the opening and the new cook top fit perfectly. He then cleaned everything up so our kitchen was stone dust free. When he was all done, he waited for me to do the final prep of the cook top and help me put it in place. A true professional company, and well worth the cost!

What's worse is my wife is 5 months pregnant and we rented a moving truck and help to move all of our stuff in just two days. James (and his son Jacob) gave us their next availability and the carpet looks (and smells) good as new. They even went above and beyond with making sure there was no odor in other rooms and even finding some carpet in the closet hallway that they cleaned unprompted and without even mentioning it to me before they left. Next time we need any of their services we're calling them again. We called a few places for quotes and they offered a really affordable price especially compared to what other companies were asking. Bret texted me moments later to confirm. When Bret arrived, he was very professional. He took a look around and answered our questions. After, he provided us with a few package options on cleaning, and explaining each and it's purposes. It was a thorough explanation and we went with the cleaning with protection layer for the carpeted stairs. He recommended this package to us based on his experience. Bret took his time, made sure not to get anywhere else wet. It took a few short hours but the work was amazing. I almost didn't recognize the stairs. It practically looked brand new. By the next day, it was all dry already. Thank you Bret! If you need any type of carpet cleaning, Bret is the guy!

And Bret furtado was not making the price clear!! When he came to do the job that we thought going to be 450$ he suddenly said it's only the sofa price and the full price is 600$!! We were trying to find a solution for this misunderstanding but even though we kept respecting him, He decided from nowhere that he's going to leave the house without giving the service because he feels "uncomfortable" (even though we should feel uncomfortable with a person taking advantage of our situation) so he left when all the house is literally on wheels and we won't have any solution for today. We agreed to pay this overpriced offer so I would have somewhere to sleep tonight as a 40 week pregnant woman, but he clearly didn't care. We found another company for another day unfortunately it means I wouldn't be able to sleep at my bed tonight but I'm glad to make it clear for any person reading this that the average price for the work we needed done is only 370$ - 420$ and not 600$ so do not let them upsell you and put you in the same corner. Another important detail I forgot to mention is that 3 years ago we got this company services and it was 300 dollars. We would understand price changes to 450$ but he was clearly taking advantage of the situation. Think twice before taking their services.

I figured I'd move over my couches and a very very filthy rug and get them all cleaned with it, but I needed it all done and dried before the big move this weekend. Not only did I need to find someone with availability last minute, but I needed someone with a portable cleaner, as this place doesn't have street access. I text Dmitry and he responded right away saying that he had a portable cleaner asked for the specifications. I sent him pictures of my couches, a rough square footage of the rooms and the rug size and was given a quote instantly. Incredibly reasonable pricing and when I asked, he said he was available two days later, perfectly within the timeframe I hoped for! Fast forward to cleaning day, he was punctual and took a look around and then we left to run errands. He text 30 minutes prior to finishing and when we got back I couldn't believe my high traffic, disgusting 'I haven't had it cleaned in the past 7 years' rug actually looked blue/grey again (instead of dark grey, it was gross...) and he got a black spot from a sticky pad out completely, my couches are no longer embarrassing, and the weird orange stains are gone from the carpet. Best of all, I asked if the price was the same as the quote after all the cleaning, especially given how much work I know the rug must have taken, and he said it was the same price. No hidden fees, no miscommunication about the size of my place or the sofas, I zelle'd him and all in all it took just less than 3 hours and I couldn't be happier with the results. ~ Thank you so much for fitting me in and for all the hard work I know you put in, I am so glad I found your listing!

The problem in the industry is the marketing. You get offer for 10% OFF or $50 a room and you end up with a bad taste in your mouth as you've been upsold an amount way over what you expected. I sifted through the ads on Craigs... and was directed here. I found Dmitry's reviews and made a text message inquiry because all his prices were listed upfront in the ad with no surprises. He gave me an option for the next day or the weekend. I chose the next day. Dmitry arrived exactly on time and was very personable. He saw what needed to be done and handled the job. He spent a very good amount of time on the two couches and did not cut corners. He also put a lot of effort in the cleaning of the carpets. The real test came when my wife came home.
