However, not…read moreeven the heat was able to stop them from doing what they do or prevent me from giving them a 5 star rating. If I could, I'd give them a million plus stars !!! First of all, their professionalism and mannerism is a Class A Act, and Chef Brian and his staff were extremely attentive to the guest and detail. The food was so artfully presented, simply mouthwatering, and some of the best that I've ever tasted in all of my 70 years!!! All of the guest in attendance left asking the same question ... "WHO IS THAT CHEF !!!" If you are planning an event, it is my suggestion that you adjust your calendar to fit Chef Brian's schedule. Heavenly Eats, without a doubt, has set the bar high!!!

My mom is a phenomenal cook and my sister, whom I adore with all my heart, I know is secretly judging me. Lol. We like to one up each other when it comes to hosting. Not wanting to cook everything this year, I decided for the first time to cater some of the food. It was not easy looking for a catering service in my area. I did not have much to go with. What made me choose this place was solely based on the business's photos and their great menu selection. And the prices seemed very reasonable. Here is what we ordered: - Beef Stew Latin Style - Wild Baked Salmon Over Spinach (winner) - Chicken Francaise - Seafood Pasta over Linguine All half trays and I appreciate that they included serving utensils. Portions were generous and the food was restaurant quality, delicious, tasty and perfectly seasoned. Everyone loved it. Once you place the order online, it is best to call or follow up with an email to confirm the items ordered, price and pickup date and time. I highly recommend this catering company. Happy Thanksgiving to all my Yelp family!

Decided to make replacements without telling me because they didn't have the ingredients on hand, apparently. Then, they wanted to upcharge me for stuff I didn't order. All of my guests felt extremely awkward.

We ordered a 3 ft Italian and a 3 ft half Turkey-Swiss and half roasted vegetables and mozzarella for the vegetarians. I can't wait to order next time I'm back at the Jersey Shore!! The sandwich boards were a $15 deposit each, but an easy drop off back to the shop.

My gosh, the flavors that this chef is able to generate are unbelievable. I'm signing my name to…read morethis, stating you cannot duplicate what Mia turns out. I've been living on her chicken pot pies and soups. I don't care where you acquire a chicken pot pie. I've not had anything like it in my lifetime. The portion is large, the crust is wonderful, especially if you break it up and squish it down into the pot pie. The crust absorbs and delivers up flavors unheard of. Mia's soups are indescribable. I cannot begin to describe the flavors coming forth when you open your lips and take your first sip or slurp of her soups. Her butternut apple squash soup has more flavor than anything you can find in New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco or perhaps even France. I have no idea what herbs and flavors she matches and infuses into her soups, but the flavor goes beyond anything you've had in your lifetime. Today, I tried her shrimp and corn chowder soup. I almost didn't order it, as I've had it elsewhere. I'm yet shaking my head, as I cannot fathom how she gets the flavors she does. Enough. Were I a doctor, I'd be writing you a prescription for her soups and pot pies. This is the perfect time of year for that, and her prices given the volume delivered, are excellent. I paid about $13-17 for an entire quart of soup. Consider a restaurant gets from $6 to $8 dollars for a cup, Mia's soups are not only a bargain, but they are also a meal unto themselves. Buy her chicken pot pie and a few of her soups. You've not had anything as flavorful. I once wrote of Mia her stars begin where Michelin stars leave off. That continues to be my description of her chicken pot pies and soups.
