From the beginning, Alan set the schedule and delivered everything I asked for. Any inspiration photo from decoration to style of food was delivered. I had zero concern for the past year (from time booked to execution) that the catering would be anything less than exceptional. When I asked other brides for feedback from their wedding, the biggest blunders always were connected with the food. Well, not at my wedding! Even the pickiest members of my family said that the strolling appetizers were the best ever! We got tons of compliments on the lamb and sirloin, and the snacking potato bar. The wedding cake was perfection. Not only was it exactly as I envisioned but Alan decorated it with the flowers from the florist. Alan personally made sure that every step was executed with class and perfection. Alan produces the entire food service, anything you want he will make happen.

Look no further! Chef Feeza made our special day amazing. We interviewed many options for possible…read morechefs and venues for our wedding cuisine, but Chef Feeza was the best choice by far. We explained what we liked and how many people we were looking to serve (25), what kind of feel and cuisine we were looking to have, and she prepared a full menu from passed appetizers, a large charcuterie table, a buffet-style main course meal and an elegant dessert table that included our naked wedding cake. Before our big day, we met a few times to go over logistics, from tables to be rented, table clothes, food choices and the overall feel for the day. Chef Feeza did all of that for us, and all we had to do was let her into the house we rented! On our wedding day, Chef Feeza showed up with her team early, had everything prepared on site and had food-in-hand as soon as we came off the beach from our ceremony. The bartender from her team also was ready, serving up drinks and had a champagne toast ready for all 25 of us! Chef Feeza had shrimp cocktail, spanakopita, olive tapenade over toast, a massive 6-foot table of charcuterie items such as cured meats, cheesed, dried fruits and bread and cracker choices. For dinner, we had filet mignon, chicken, and salmon, with sides such as mixed vegetables, peppers, couscous, a Mediterranean-style rice dish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves, and some other side dishes that were delicious. For dessert, we had chocolate-dipped Oreos, cake pops, Rice Krispie treats, chocolate-covered strawberries, cheesecake and the most delicious naked lemon cake with blueberries and a cream cheese icing. I cannot stress enough how important it was to us that we were hands-off on our wedding day, and Chef Feeza served us up exactly that. Her and her team made our day so memorable, so much that we still have compliments pouring in regarding the food, and how much positive energy and happiness Chef Feeza and her team brought to our special day. We would be more than happy to talk with anyone in regards to Chef Feeza and how food, drinks and preparation are quite possibly one of the most important pieces to your special occasions, and Chef Feeza is the most ideal way to go! The banquet hall was very open and spacious and had plenty of room to dance and take in all of the festivities. Merri Makers did a great job catering the event and the Chateaubriand was exquisite! My server at the table was Sean and he did a great job always ensuring we had water and drinks served to our table as well as clearing the plates to make more room. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, and I am happy I had such a good server in Sean to make the event even more enjoyable. He was telling jokes to lighten the mood and was constantly available if needed. i would definitely use Merri-Makers for my events going forward because from everything I saw as an attendee it was a well-run operation with a staff that seemed to be enjoying what they were doing!
