It ran for a couple of cycles and stopped. Called the company the next day, explaining the situation, we were told to bring it back, and he would fix it. They had one of their service techs have a family emergency and asked if I could reschedule to have my dryer looked at. I explained that I had taken the day off already and this was the only day I would be available. So, they were able to squeeze me in with one of the two techs they had. I ended up that I got The Jason mentioned in the reviews. Great guy with a super friendly attitude. He made it seem so simple with the replacement of the belt.
