They treated me well and delivery/setup was great. Assured me they will warrant the washer. So far so good!

“Tyler was VERY helpful when I went in to ask him about a problem I was having installing a new heating element in our 38 year old (!) Kenmore dryer.”

Dishwasher was leaking. I tried to fix it and failed. This company sent a gentleman out who…read morediagnosed the problem as some worn parts. Parts were ordered he returned to install them a few days later. But the machine still leaked. I pointed out that I had replaced the lower door seal. He inspected and adjusted that seal and the machine stopped leaking. A few weeks later, it started to leak again. He returned and reinspecting the machine, pointed out that it was generating bubbles. We apparently have been getting had or manual dish soap into the machine when we load dirty dishes that have been sitting in the sink for a while. We will modify our behavior and we have learned some tricks for dealing with this issue if it happens again. Bottom line, we have our dishwasher working again, the repairman was very polite and diligent, and we were not charged for follow-up visits. We would use this company again.

Julia scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Andrew, the technician, arrived on time the next day. He spent approximately 1 hour diagnosing and determined the timer was defective and provided a quote for $290.00 to do the repair. After giving me the quote he informed me he didn't have the part needed and would have to order the part (which he said would take a few days ) and he would return and perform the repair. I googled the timer part needed and ordered it which arrived the next day. It only took 10 minutes to install and cost $45. I was confident this would rectify the problem but it did not. I called GE and told them the timer was bad and they quoted me $410 to do the repair with a 1 year warranty. As we are retired and living on a fixed income I decided to attempt troubleshooting the issue myself with the assistance of a YouTube video for my exact appliance. The first step was to test the dryer timer which took about 10 minutes to determine it was functioning properly and an hour to test all other electrical components which led to a faulty dryer operating thermostat. Ordered it on Amazon for $14 and installed it the next day. Dryer is working perfectly and the timer which was diagnosed as faulty works perfectly on all settings. I reached out to the company to request a refund of the $79 and was informed they would not refund as I didn't authorize them to do the repair and they could not verify my findings. If you have appliances issues I unfortunately cannot recommend this company.
