If we don't have the forms by Monday, 3/9, you'll have to find another provider. I WAS ONLY DELAYED BY 5 BUSINESS DAYS?! No empathy whatsoever from a care service. I'm happy to look elsewhere if that's how you treat people needing help.

I was told that I'd be contacted the following week to get PT. I did not get a call, so on Thursday I called them and were surprised that I was not contacted. The following week I got a visit on Tuesday with another one on Thursday. I got call on Wednesday letting me know that I only had three visits and the two for the previous week were "missed visits", their misses since I am not mobile and at home 24x7. So, I only got on visit of the three because they did not have their schedule together. Get another provider if you can.
