Several months ago, my wife & I planned to attend a Celebration of Life in Creede, Colorado, for her best friend who passed away last year from ALS. She was a very close friend of mine, as well. A 5 day trip. ...However, I have been experiencing some medical problems lately, and 8 hours in airports & airplanes, & another 6 in a car made it impossible for me to go with her. I met one of the co-owners a year back, so we called them. They sent over a Care Manager, who asked lots of questions to make certain they could help. ...Despite the short notice and short term, they sent over 4 care givers for the 5 days to watch over me from 3-10 PM, my potentially most dangerous times. J,E,A & K were not just professional, but delightful people to visit with. ...Sure enough, the day before my wife was due home, I stumbled and fell about 8 PM. My Angel was there in 2 seconds, made sure I hadn't any serious injuries, and got me a pillow so I could take my time getting up off the floor. I cancelled the 911 call from my pendant. Just another nasty bruise, but had it been worse, she was ready. You don't have to be senior or elderly - call them if you need any help !

Please, know, that, in my interview, I was not welcomed, and the office never said hello, never said "How are you?" never said "Please come in" Wow!! Very Sad!! These office Ladies did not acknowledge me, when I walked in their office, they both kept talking and kept talking for several minutes and ignoring me!! Recent interview appointment, Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 0900 Finally, one lady, in the hiring office, said to me in a gruff, mean voice as she glared at me: "Can I help you?" "Do you even have an appointment?" Wow!! I told them in a kind, startled voice" Yes, I have an 0900 appointment for an interview!!" Still, Furthermore, These two office ladies, they both made me feel very uncomfortable, and they both dismissed and ignored my presence, totally, I felt very dis-respected and so shunned by them both!! I was not the same race as them both, and a different age, from them both, for I am in my sixties, but, feel like in my late forties, due to my daily exercise and very healthy food nutrition and healthy mental attitude! My Doctor says my heart and lungs are like a forty year old!! However, That was my very first Traumatic impression of them, of this office, of this business, of Visiting Angels, in 67 Rhoads Center Dr Centerville, Ohio, 45458 In my opinion, this rude, unprofessional behavior, made me want to never go back to them, as a job seeker!! I have an excellent background check, U.S. Navy Honored Veteran Status, with Admirals Awards and Medals fro patient care! 11 years of Health Care experience in Geriatrics, in Medication Certifications and compassionate, professional experience, in helping others in home health care settings!! In my opinion, I felt that being in my sixties, very healthy, very strong, I lift weights, walk 3 miles daily, ride my 10 speed bike, for aerobic exercise daily! I am in excellent mental and physical health, and enjoy helping others, in a food and clothing pantry, and helping others in home health care! In my opinion,I felt this was age discrimination and race discrimination, since I am a proud Bi-Racial Woman of good character and of excellent background check and trained in the US NAVY and also training as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 11 compassionate years of Geriatrics work experience, in Military, in Hospitals, and in Home Care!! Then when they said that they didn't properly discipline me they put me on a performance improvement plan instead of a first written which in my opinion is very shady. I did 12 hr night shifts and even picked up overtime ! This company id straight trash. Also one of the office lady's yelled at me when I wasn't even late I was right around the corner from the clients house. And they also took my now husband off one of his clients and didn't even tell him why or what happened and then just started treating us like tmshti, also they don't have any benefits when it comes to working for this company
