My parents were "fired" by this agency with a letter that had very little real content as to why they were no longer able to be clients. My 87 year old parents were told they had two weeks to get replacement care, but in reality it was nine days by the time we received the letter. As a result, we were left frantically scrambling to find replacement caregivers to deal with my mother who is completely immobile. There was never a warning, conversation, or suggestion as to how we could improve the situation. As a resident of Centerville, Ohio, I will certainly never recommend this agency to others looking for home health care.

J,E,A & K were not just professional, but delightful people to visit with. ...Sure enough, the day before my wife was due home, I stumbled and fell about 8 PM. My Angel was there in 2 seconds, made sure I hadn't any serious injuries, and got me a pillow so I could take my time getting up off the floor. I cancelled the 911 call from my pendant.
