This is absolutely the best place for her. She is genuinely loved, cared for, and supported in every way she needs. My mom has shown improvement, and although she is not yet able to walk on her own, I have complete peace of mind knowing she is in such compassionate and capable hands. I cannot thank them enough for the comfort and reassurance they give me every day. The care and love my mom receives from Stacy and all of the caregivers goes far beyond anything I could have hoped for. For sure, that good Reputation attracts and it looks good on the first impression. At the tour and contract signing Earnest assurances are given that set expectations for a high level of service and safety. Once moved in, the day to day is not always up to the same "high" standard. Virtually any resident can give examples on a daily basis. They may also say " it does no good to complain cause nothing ever changes" Maybe these issues are organizational and baked into senior residential homes. Some things are great, some are ok, others are sub-par and a few are just terrible and unsafe. It's a buyer beware deal. & On the upside, there are many staff who are committed to giving residents respectful, responsive caring service. These folks do their best in a demanding and understaffed environment.

My mother was in the hospital for an extended period of time and I was struggling to find an…read moreappropriate place for her post-discharge. The case manager put me into contact with Sukhjeet Babbar from The Always Home Placement Agency. Sukhjeet worked so hard to find a suitable place for my mother, and always responded to my calls and texts in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable about various facilities in town and has an extensive network of contacts. My mom was placed in a board and care 6 resident house with a 24 hour caregiver on site. The owner of the house and caregiver are so sweet and caring. I feel at ease knowing my mom is in such good and caring hands. They ensure she gets her medications on time, and assist her and all other residents with all types of care - bathing, eating, incontinence care, etc. I felt so much relief when Always Home Placement Agency found this wonderful home for my mom, and after meeting the sweet and caring owner and caregivers. I definitely recommend reaching out to this company if you need help with placement for yourself or a loved one.

In my third visit with her, today, I had to literally walk out and won't be back! I asked other staff if she was just having a bad day. So consistently condescending but today she was actually rude. I asked about side effects of a particular drug she stated no one had ever complained to her before and dismissed my question. Then when I asked her to clarify something she got irritated with me and started with more condescension. If you don't agree with her she will belittle you into thinking you're the one that's wrong rather than explaining like most doctors! No thanks! Update: 04/15/26 - I spoke with Dr Gilli on the phone and it's seems they are somewhat flippant and unapologetic in their attitude towards the situation. I don't feel comfortable with this response that she "always" treats patients with respect after I conveyed the opposite in a professional manner over the phone. This was damage control gone wrong imo. Black box warnings are serious and it's too bad this Dr. doesn't care to make any changes as she is a 25 year employees with the company. We recently needed to find home care, in Ridgecrest, for our mother after being discharged from a…read moreskilled nursing facility. The idea was to be able for this 95 year old and my 90 year old dad to continue living in their home, with some assistance, and to take the pressure off family members. We contacted Allied Home Care, immediately surprised they serviced the Ridgecrest area, and were treated with such kindness. Efrain listened to our needs and was able to arrange a caregiver for the day after she came home, a weeks notice. The caregivers were pleasant and willing to help with whatever we asked and deemed necessary. We chose a four hour a day, 7 day a week schedule, This allowed for the caregiver to prepare and serve a hot meal, change the sheets on their bed, laundry, be there while our parents showered and just to have someone for our parents to talk to; all important tasks that make a big difference. The caregivers would also run errands such as pick up groceries or prescriptions, even take them to medical appointments if need be. I understand that Allied also has caregivers that are trained in more nursing type care as well, for those clients that do need more and different care. i would not hesitate to refer
