His advice was invaluable. He was always there for me, whenever I had questions. He was super responsive, emailing back or calling right away. I had to make several scheduling changes due to my mother's changing care needs and the care coordinators were able to accommodate. There was one time that they could not find a caregiver and did provide phone. I would say that the majority of the caregivers that they sent out were competent and my mom really liked them. The rest did not interact with my mom and just sat in the chair, saying nothing. One caregiver watched TV the entire night she stayed with my mom. I let the agency know and I asked them not to send those caregivers again. I was glad that we had access to caregivers but I think I may try to use another caregiver company if the need arises.
