They had to take a few extra steps beyond what they expected, but they held to their quoted price and made sure everything was done right before asking me to sign off. My only complaint... we ordered a wood grain embossed fiberglass door, stained to look more-or-less like real wood. The color sample we were shown looked like a block of stained wood. But our door does not look stained; it looks like wood painted brown. Maybe the sample wasn't fiberglass. If not, it should have been.

We use our AC less and the house looks so wonderful. From the first contact at the local Home Show (we viewed 7window companies), to the home estimate visit, Window Comfort educated me on their product and how it differed from other windows on the market. There are major differences from one to another and these window come with great features that others don't... like being able to wash the outsides from inside our home (which my 83 year old mother was so excited about). The custom fit windows came on schedule and were installed in one day (does take a month or so to make, as all our measurements were slightly different). The crew was courteous and professional. Five years after my first business with Juan, in a different home in a different part of town, when I had some issues with a window allowing moisture into my house, I was thrilled to see Juan's company show up as someone who could possibly fix my weatherstripping issues. As he did years ago, Juan was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and he showed up to assess the situation, give me multiple solutions, and a reasonable estimate, and I was more than happy to hire him again to fix my house problems. He showed up on the agreed upon day with a worker, and the two of them got up onto ladders and removed two very high up triangular windows, removed all the rotted wood and replaced them with PVC, painted, replaced and sealed the windows, and was done in a matter of hours. It's been a few days, and we've already had multiple rains, and to no surprise, my leaking issues have completely stopped. Chatting with Juan, I'm very happy to hear that his business has grown throughout the years and he and his team have expanded beyond just glass and windows, and they do all sorts of renovations and home beautification in addition now.
