Finally had them pick up the chair & were given a full refund. Bob did not stand behind the products he sells. When I asked him why he did not, he told me he wasn't the one who made the chair. Really.. a great tactic to throw the manufacturer under the bus. Bob should have made sure the problem was resolved vs saying he didn't make it. I asked him if he purchased bad meat from Publix would he expect Publix to make it right or would he go to the meat processing company.
