The fries are cooked to order (super fresh), are the perfect shape and size (thick cut), crispy and flakey on the outside and soft mashed on the inside. Twice fried and perfectly seasoned with sea salt, black truffle oil, parmasean cheese, and parsley; not drenched in oil, very light and airy with no oil taste. Went to the Bryant Park Holiday Shops location. We went with the truffle fries with garlic aioli. It was fantastic. The fries had a really nice texture to them. They were fried to a perfect crisp on the outside without being too greasy. And the inside was soft and pillowy. The wall of the stall had some drawings of their cooking process and I think they're par-fried, baked, and then finished in the fryer to order. However they do it, the fries are really good. I'd say they're at least as good as Pomme Frite, if not a bit better. The truffle flavor really added to the experience and the aioli was the perfect dipping sauce for it. On a cold day in Bryant Park, there's nothing better than holding some crispy fries as the smell of truffle follows you from store to store. read more

Some of the best fries I've ever had! I went to the smorgasbord location. Te line is pretty long but it's worth it. I got the Dutch fries, which is the fries along with curry ketchup, aioli, and diced onions.
