The roof had three layers of shingles on it that all needed striping along with a skylight that needed replacing. Workers from Big Rapids Roofing came out yesterday morning around 7am and worked until 7:30 - 8pm in the evening. Five men and a woman. The team of six employees worked together great. They knew what needed to be done and they didn't stop until the job was finished. When finished on the roof they cleaned everything up like using a fine tooth comb. They were extremely hardworking, efficient, thorough and kept me informed on what issues they found while on the roof and showed me the boards that needed replacing from water damage. We were fortunate they didn't find any mold in the rafters after all the leaking we've experienced. This team of workers from Big Rapids Roofing I would hire for any job and strongly recommend them to others for all their home or business work project. I'm extremely pleased and in still in awe of how hard and thorough they worked. Definitely five stars but deserved 10

Pete was respectful of our house and effects, helpful and informative and articulate. He replaced an old linoleum counter top with new laminate and replaced a sink. Both the plumber, Steve Brillinger, and Richard Jordan, the laminate installer were wonderful. Finished on time, within budget, and it looks fantastic. So, the quality of work and lifetime guarantee are positives for White Pine. The reason for only a 3-Star review stems from what was promised in the sale. When presenting what the company was offering, the salesperson showed gutters with included leaf guards. She never indicated that these were a separate purchase, leading us to believe they were included in the purchase. After installation, we found out the leaf guards were not installed and were told they were not included in the contract. When questioned about the misrepresentation in the sales presentation, we were offered a 30% discount if we wanted the leaf guards installed - an additional cost of $1,300. Feeling that the misrepresentation by the salesperson - whether unintentional or not - should have been covered by the company and not merely discounted by them, we cannot in good conscience fully recommend White Pine Renovation.
