If the item is not being served, it shouldn't be on the menu or you should be notified of a substitution. I thought this was a one off situation until I noticed another reviewer had the same issue. Having been there multiple times, last night was the busiest I've ever seen it; the staff was clearly not trained for this kind of a crowd and were beyond overwhelmed. There was one actual server (who was trying very hard to appease dozens of patrons), and a kitchen staff that was completely lost. Lack of trained staff led to tables receiving their orders multiple times, while other tables only received partial orders after hours of waiting. Because I live here, I will probably be back, but I won't be bringing guests as I did last night. Too embarrassing. Management, please have mercy on your staff and get the experienced help you need!
