Brandon impressed me with a short video of the inside of a duct being cleaned. Looked like a tornado! I was speechless at the amount of stuff besides normal dirt and dust that was in the ducts! The equipment they use is powerful and they use their own generator to power it. I highly recommend this business for duct or dryer vent cleaning. The Master Care team…read morewas wonderful - so friendly on the phone, great with scheduling, and kept us updated on the timeline. They came and picked up the rugs when they said they would, and dropped off the rugs when they said they would - with a busy schedule, I definitely appreciate timeliness. When they realized that we might want the extra pet "sealing" process for our carpets, they called us to talk over what that meant and the price difference. They treated us with professionalism and care, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any carpet cleaning needs! Our carpets look and smell great! I was so impressed by their services that I even called them back today to schedule a duct cleaning for the house (see previous reviews for why I had to schedule this), and they were, again, friendly and professional on the phone, and were able to squeeze me in at pretty short notice. I'll update this review after their duct cleaning is complete to let you all know how their services are with that too!

I needed a natural fiber (cotton canvas) tufted sofa cleaned after it was stained with coffee. Abel the technician was very upfront and honest. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn't any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I air dried the cushions they look good as new! Their cleaning product and equipment/machinery did the job! I highly recommend MasterCare for your cleaning needs, they are Masters at caring and cleaning.

Plus who knows if the ducts have been cleaned since the house was built. Scheduling was easy and Sammy showed up on time. But I was told without the Groupon I would have paid $450. That's a pretty good deal! The company is based in Indiana and does not have any locations in Jacksonville. Sammy drove two hours from his home to Jacksonville. I would absolutely recommend using Integrity Air Duct Cleaning for your vent cleaning needs.

This company deserves negative stars. Horrendous advertising and communication, and the customer…read moreservice is downright deplorable. As such, I cannot even comment on their service -- but one scan of their Yelp page shows that isn't impressive. I recently purchased a Groupon promotion for duct/vent cleaning. The company's promotion proved to be misleading and confusing. It stated on the page that the company specializes in dryer-vent cleaning, among other items. Multiple customer reviews cited that their dryer vents were, in fact, cleaned as part of the promotion. When I tried to confirm my voucher, I was told that the service DID NOT include dryer vent cleaning and that would be an extra charge. When I took the company to task via email regarding this clear discrepancy, I was "greeted" by sales manager Jen Baker. Baker is rude, obnoxious, combative, argumentative, and downright mean. In a series of back and forth emails, she talked down to me and let me know that I, the customer, was the one who was wrong. Her refusal to admit that the company's advertising was misleading is quite suspect. And her tact? Straight up childish and minor league. Simply put, I can't imagine a company even talking to customers in such a petulant manner. The company promotes that they are family owned. This is one rude family that doesn't have a clue on how to run a business. And having Integrity as the name of the company is imminently laughable. Take your business elsewhere.

Fortunately, one of their trucks was in the area and they came out same day for what I felt was a steep price. I have paid less to have my entire house cleaned! One of the spots came back. With the holidays and chaos, the spot was not a priority. I finally called to have them re-clean and was told because I waited a month I would have to wait until a truck was in the area. They couldn't be sure what the spot was from after a month. I was never told there was a time limit if the spot "seeped" back. Of course, since I live in another city there are now no trucks scheduled and they will "call me". I will NEVER use or recommend them again. Not only for the horrible follow up but also for the initial cost!
