The end result is nothing short of incredible and more than met my expectations! I first saw a recommendation for Arbor Pro on a local social media website. We touched base by email and Jason placed me on his wait list. He asked about our needs and expectations and we shared information about each other's love of plants. At that time, Jason was a one man team with a long list of waiting customers and we were willing to wait for a certified arborist - they are hard to find in the southern corridor - and two months later we were excited to hear from Jason and scheduled an appointment to get a quote. Our quote for 5 mature (28 yr. old) native Texas trees and 2 overgrown heirloom rose bushes all to be trimmed was very reasonable and it took them all day. Considering how cold it was, I was impressed with their endurance. They moved everything off of the patio and raked the yard, picking up every little branch. They used a blower to make sure the patio, driveway, and all surfaces were cleared of sawdust and any debris. I asked for firewood from my ash and oak and ended up with it cut and stacked in the ring. The rose bushes were perfectly trimmed! I wouldn't have thought a tree service would know what to do with my heirlooms; but the old dead canes were all removed, the wind damaged ones gone and symmetry restored. Jason also let me know that an Emerald Ash Borer is attacking and killing Texas Ash trees. He treated my trees pre-emptively and advised me to continue to do so annually. Our yard has balance and beauty again. We've never had such thorough service. I highly recommend Jason Junier, Certified Arborist, and Arbor Pro for your tree care. I'll post tree pics when there's better light!

It's tough to choose a tree company - there are so many out there, how do you choose? I see…read moredifferent company trucks in our neighborhood all the time trimming our neighbor's trees. We did some research and had True Tree Masters come out to give us a bid. Steve, the owner I believe, came out. We liked him so much we didn't bother getting other quotes and hired them the next day. They were able to start the next day, which was great! The crew was early both days, and they are knowledgeable and careful in their work. Sometimes it is stressful hiring a company, because you always talk to one person at first, and you agree on all kinds of things, but the people doing the work don't always know all the things you needed done. Do not fear here: Steve was on-site both days to supervise and help out his crew! That was very nice to see! The workers did an amazing job and you can see they enjoy their work. We also very much appreciated that they take away all branches. They used a big wood chipper on site to chop up everything and take it away. That was a big deal for us as well and we were super happy for that! The guys take a lot of pride in what they do, you'll learn a thing or two about your trees and you will definitely be happy with the results! Thank you, Steve & crew! Definitely go with True Tree Masters!!!

I had ground electrical outlets near both trees, they protected those, I had an address rock and a rose bush near the largest tree and those and a rock wall around the area, were all protected very nicely by prior planning on where the trees would fall. Both trees fell without issues right where they were planned to go. Then the crew began cutting the trees apart and chipping the smaller limbs and branches and cutting up and stacking the larger ones, to be hauled off. The clean up job the crew did was the best. You would never know there had been little sticks, branches, leaves and saw dust everywhere. Owner, Greg left as clean up began and the crew continued on doing an excellent cleanup job. Stumps will be ground also. I recommend Rose Home Services, Rose Tree Service, to anyone needing trees removed or trimmed.
