He had a lot of unusual suggestions that we had not thought of but which made our landscaped front yard far surpass what we had envisioned. I was impressed by his customer reviews which were highly rated & his knowledge of plants & landscaping. We collaborated with him on low-maintenance plant varieties which could survive our hot Texas summers. He brought in an experienced crew that diligently worked to install the landscaping very quickly & with professionalism. It took them only a few days in-between the rain to complete the project. And we felt his pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again & am looking to hiring him for quarterly fertilizing & maintenance.

The team arrived promptly at 7 am and were finished by 1 pm. Watching them gently and efficiently remove the canopy was truly amazing to see! They worked great as a team and were very skilled. The team chipped all of the smaller branches and leaves from the canopy and neatly stacked the trunk of the tree out front for the city to pick up. We've had other tree work done and this was by far the best experience. When they were finished everything was cleaned up, swept, and all surfaces were blown clean! Thank you Mr. Sanchez for having such integrity and work ethic. I hope anyone reading this will give you a call!!

The end result is nothing short of incredible and more than met my expectations! I first saw a recommendation for Arbor Pro on a local social media website. We touched base by email and Jason placed me on his wait list. He asked about our needs and expectations and we shared information about each other's love of plants. At that time, Jason was a one man team with a long list of waiting customers and we were willing to wait for a certified arborist - they are hard to find in the southern corridor - and two months later we were excited to hear from Jason and scheduled an appointment to get a quote. Our quote for 5 mature (28 yr. old) native Texas trees and 2 overgrown heirloom rose bushes all to be trimmed was very reasonable and it took them all day. Considering how cold it was, I was impressed with their endurance. They moved everything off of the patio and raked the yard, picking up every little branch. They used a blower to make sure the patio, driveway, and all surfaces were cleared of sawdust and any debris. I asked for firewood from my ash and oak and ended up with it cut and stacked in the ring. The rose bushes were perfectly trimmed! I wouldn't have thought a tree service would know what to do with my heirlooms; but the old dead canes were all removed, the wind damaged ones gone and symmetry restored. Jason also let me know that an Emerald Ash Borer is attacking and killing Texas Ash trees. He treated my trees pre-emptively and advised me to continue to do so annually. Our yard has balance and beauty again. We've never had such thorough service. I highly recommend Jason Junier, Certified Arborist, and Arbor Pro for your tree care. I'll post tree pics when there's better light!

Hired this "company" to regrade and lay new sod in my backyard. What I got was a short-cut job…read morewhere they just removed existing top layer and placed new sod directly on top of that. No grading to speak of. No measurements. No calculations on flow, drop, degrees. They left maybe a 1/2 inch of foundation showing and the new grass level with the concrete patio. And essentially created a major drainage situation that has resulted in water in my home on multiple sides of the property. THE WORST PART - when I contacted Carlos (owner??) about this, his only response was to charge me to fix it. $#&?! I normally don't post bad reviews, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
