Not a bad place. Cuts the journey to town or other shopping centres like the Fort…read more It has the same shops as most of these retail parks, so if you are in or around this area it is very handy. Shops like B&Q, Halfrauds, Argos, Matalan, Boots, M&S, Sports Direct and that popular pasta place that I confuse with the ice cream...Ben & Jerry's. I only really use it for Sports Direct new gym stuff or football gear. You have a few more stores here but I cannot remember their names don't want to be giving you false info. There is a Burger King just at the entrance to this place if that is what you are into. If you are travelling through, there is a shell garage right next to this place for fuel top up. This place used to be pointless but new shops have popped up and it is getting a little better.

As well as the biggest Marks & Spencer Simply Food that I have ever seen, it also houses an Argos, a B&G, a couple of furniture and bed shops, some carpet shops, a Curry's,a homebase and a halfords. Basically, it's great place to go if you're doing a bit of redecorating and DIY. There's also a drive-through Burger King if you're peckish. The great thing about this place is that there's a huge car park which is completely free.

I hate this as it messes with my head! Not many kids clothes or a real choice of kids trainers Also I was charged double without realising and had to return after driving off and looking at my receipt Fix the trainers, have more children choices and it's a great store, ring up issues will happen and they were apologetic when I returned

Some days you walk in and there's really no good deals and every thing is a bit haphazard. Lately, I've had more luck than my guy who is a huge Nike fan. He's pretty active with football and running, so he's always in the market for new running shorts and football socks. He has quite the collection of trainers, so when there's a deal to be had, he's all about it. The staff here are really friendly and more times than not they offer a bit of banter while ringing you up. I always get confused when they confirm that I'm buying the correct shoe size because they say the UK size and I'm always looking at the US size. I'm always told I'm lucky I can just look at the size on the box and know exactly what I'm getting. While this is a hit or miss shop, it's a lot better than a lot of the Nike outlets we've been too and it's close enough to the city centre that it's an easy trek to get here. We'll always be back looking for bargains!

They usually have pretty good stock levels of items, but remember that you can check online before you go. Generally, I order online and then head down to this store. It's quite a small store (well, relatively seeing as its in a huge retail park) and there's normally no one there at all. This means in less than five minutes you can be in and out again with a smoothie maker, a yoga mat, laminator pouches or whatever else it is you fancied. Get all the benefits of cheap and cheerful Argos items without being herded like sheep. Sorted.

Sometimes heading all the way into Glasgow, to get a parking space, to walk to one of the bigger stores to buy your items and lug it back to the car is just too much effort. The main plus point of this Argos is that it's pretty much always empty. Since it's empty, you can literally be in and out of this place in 5 minutes if you know your catalogue numbers (maybe even less if you pre-order on the internet). The final good thing about this Argos is that you can park pretty much literally at the front door which saves having to carry whatever you buy any further than a few metres out of the shop.
