He is ALWAYS very apologetic, very sympathetic, promises, promises. It is now April 2015, and he has still not refunded me the £300 he owes me. He simply will not refund to me despite many, many promises. I now have to go to get legal redress. Simply unbelievable. I rated 1 star because no option for none. REPLY TO ANSWER ON 26/5/15 NO I WAS NOT IN ANY WAY REFUNDED, WHAT A LOAD OF B.S!! The broken glass was the first of a very long line of excuses. STILL AWAITING MONEY TO GO IN MY ACCOUNT. BT 26/5/15, and NEEDS TO BE A LAWYER AS APPARENTLY, ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS REVIEW, HE IGNORES SMALL CLAIMS COURT RULING AND STILL DOESNT PAY. Took money. Gave 1000 excuses about not delivering. Threatened me on phone (he's threatened loads…read moreof people and hit them). December 24th 2024. Slashed 3 tyres on my car then 3 tyres each on my two daughters (9 tyres in total). Then sent a letter to me and neighbours about making a fake Facebook account about an itchy bum. Some stupid thing about keys and blamed me about phone calls to his mobile. All this is in the hands of the police now.
