We have taken our fur babies here three times now…read more They post updates/pics on facebook, have a clean and well run facility, are REASONABLY priced for the Calgary market and also have friendly staff. We are happy that they will feed our dogs their raw diet, keep them together, and even cater to our grouchy shiba inu who likes to start fights - we couldn't ask for more. Each time we are away we get to see our kids playing and having a great time, they come home happy and uninjured, and the price is right. I also like that there are a variety of dogs there and that the owners seem to be breeders of Mini-shelties themselves. Great find, and close for us being out in Bragg Creek.

I could hear my dogs outside through the concrete building. When approached the groomer said "I bet you're wondering why I'm not with your dogs?" She offered a lame excuse and continued on her way. We waited an hour longer than the quoted time for our pups to be released, she hands us a bill and walks away. No love for our dogs, not nurturing...we will never bring our sweet dogs here again. I hope the dogs will forgive us for such a traumatic experience.
