We were in luck because the lunch menu was AH-mazing. I saw the chicken salad sandwich (on wheat, you can choose croissant), and it was the so fresh, delicious, with lettuce and tomato, just the way I like it at home. The sandwich is quite large, it could be two meals for me. I chose chips to go with, you can choose a fruit cup. The hubs can't have dairy so he was able to get Fried Green Tomato BLT, and boy it delivered. My kiddo wasn't hungry but able to find homemade yogurt (it's so good!), and a side fruit cup. "You had me at 'Hello! How are you?'" The world could certainly use more kindness and genuine southern hospitality. Now, here's what really wowed the coffee enthusiast/hobbyist in me! Espresso shots were being pulled meticulously with attention to detail, including the use of a scale, which provides for consistency! The flavorings/syrups were not pumped haphazardly from the familiar brand-name syrup bottles. Rather, for my latte, an in-house syrup was carefully measured for the perfect taste! My delicious, honey-cinnamon latte was made with care, attention to detail, quality ingredients, and finesse! Loved it! If I'm ever in Jackson, this will definitely be my go-to spot!
