The best part was the warm welcome I received when I walked through the door. They treated me like a VIP! Someone here understands the formula for success. I especially admired the design-flow which allowed the customer line to be separated from the seating areas so that the customers don't have to be in the way of those that are seated. Espresso shots were being pulled meticulously with attention to detail, including the use of a scale, which provides for consistency! The flavorings/syrups were not pumped haphazardly from the familiar brand-name syrup bottles. Rather, for my latte, an in-house syrup was carefully measured for the perfect taste!
