The shrimp patties were nicely brown and crisp on the outside, but the inside was doughy and under cooked in the middle. Joe's chicken was OK, but even though the red rice had a distinct smokey, barbecue flavor, it still lacked pizzazz. First one we tried was the Watermelon Delight amazing and so much flavor. The second time we tried the Pineapple Dream, not my preference as I don't like pineapple too much, but my sisters and wife killed it. Yesterday we tried something different and got the strawberry drink, not a michelagua but more milk based. It was real sweet, and lots of flavor. Would definitely be paired up nice with some warm bread. The best part of getting the Michelagua Bar is it comes with all the little extras to make your drinks at home. For example with the Pineapple Dream you get bits of pineapple, chamoy sauce, and candy straws to put in each drink. It gets even better when you add a little vodka to it ;), adults only of course. We enjoy having this little extra fun at our dinners, with Covid we obviously cannot have big parties, but when we can we will be re ordering more for all of our events.
