What can I say this COVID virus took both my parents away without them leaving me anything stable for there funeral arrangements I had to do some searching on my own. I found this Catholic cemetery to be the best price for both my parents. The staffemeber Erica what can I say about her she made things for me so easy less stressful friendly and real. She helped me get the whole package for both my parents and at a very good price. She even worked with me with the time of the burial and date. At times like these you need seome like her to help you and make it less stressful. Thank you Erica. God bless you always.

With the whole Covid-19 situation, I did not know what exactly to expect. The folks there at Holy Cross Cemetery were very helpful in coordination with the mortuary. They allowed my father's grave to be opened and adjusted so that my mom's remains could be laid to rest with him. They communicated very well, my options and made an ugly process so much easier. I worked with Chrystal, but before finalizing things, she relocated to another location and Estrella assisted me. My wife and I showed up to the cemetery early because I wanted to be sure that things were handled correctly and things went very smoothly with all arrangements having been handled by the Holy Cross staff. We sent my mom off with dignity and compassion and I am very thankful.

My father passed away on November 9, 2020 looked and searched for places and I honestly felt other places were taking advantage of the situation. Here at Holy Cross Estrella made me felt welcomed and no rushed I felt she understood my situation. I also met Delilah who I'll be working with to make payment plans decided to get another grave next to Dad. Dad will be so close to us and the cemetery is not small but it is very calm and peaceful. I felt in love with the peacefulness and I know dad will be happy to rest there.. Thank you Estrella and Delilah for working with me.

My little brother's dismantled grave decorations, while others (with exact decorations) still up for days.

Mediocre groundskeeping. Staff is not the best, either. There was one lady who assisted us in the office, I believe her name is Dora or Doris, who was so patient and understanding during our tough times; it was such a pleasure to deal with her. The rest of the staff seemed bothered when they had to work. On one instance, the groundskeepers dismantled our Christmas decorations my mother had so tediously put up the day before, even though they had told us the decorations would not come down until after Christmas. Basically just very inconsiderate and disrespectful employees. Would not recommend bringing your loved one here.

she never met her grandma but loves to visit her grave

Forest Lawn - Covina Hills

Forest Lawn - Covina Hills

I am very satisfied with Forest Lawn Covina Cemetery's admin services. Anytime I requested help or…read morea service, I got great attention and care. I contacted Monique Arellano (Maintenance admin) about the grass condition this morning, and my mother's graveyard lawn was replaced by lunchtime the same day! I was really amazed by the speed and quality of the service. Many thanks to her and the workers who made it happen.

A few years ago my mother made arrangements with Forest Lawn for services after her death. We lost…read moreher in mid February of 2026 and during the extremely emotional and difficult time that followed, Forest Lawn - Covina Hills was a support that I did not expect to have as we navigated my mother's celebration of life and interment. Our first contact with Forest Lawn was a few hours after my mom's passing while she was in hospice at our home. They were able to respond within three hours of the nurse contacting them to transport her body. Both gentlemen who arrived were professional and clear communicators. They collected information and then explained to us every step of what was going to happen next and even explained why they did some of the things they did. Before they left they instructed us to call Forest Lawn to set up an appointment during the next business day. Our appointment took place about a week later. Adriana was the counselor we initially met with. We went over the package my mother purchased for herself and the decisions she made ahead of time and which she left for us to make. With each step, Adriana was clear about how any of the adjusments we requested would impact the final cost. We also met with a representative from the team doing my mom's make up and hair as well as a florist. This initial meeting took about 3 hours. 5 adults from my family were part of the meeting and each of our voices were heard. Adriana also provided contact information for her and a colleague so that we could ask any questions that came up after the meeting. The most beneficial service that Forest Lawn provided was complementary access to Cadence. It is an online platform that list all the steps that need to be taken after a loved one passes. It includes information about who informs which government entities and how to inform private companies. Additionally, Cadence offers virtual grief groups twice a month. I attended one group it was helpful to process the grief. The services were scheduled 2 weeks after the appointment with Adriana. Jordan was our point person for the day of the funeral and he was kind, clear, and was fully present during all the components of the funeral. The viewing day and the funeral day were honestly a blur for me, but I walked away with the impression that my mother got the best of the best which she deserved. Forest Lawn was helpful every step of the way.

Elina and Sophia patiently answered all of my questions and helped guide us through the entire process with compassion and understanding. Shannon and Andre were wonderful on the day of the service -- professional, organized, caring, and incredibly helpful to our family and guests. The service for my mother was beautiful, and we truly appreciated the care and respect that was shown to her and to our family. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this mortuary to anyone looking for pre-need services or at-need funeral services for a loved one. Thank you all for helping us through such a difficult time.

Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. They were prepared when I came in to discuss the services my mother had pre-arranged 23 years ago. This did make it easier and I was impressed at how quickly they were able to produce a copy of her plan. There were many additional options I could have chosen but I never felt pressured to buy anything additional. There were some things I needed to pay for, but the cost was reasonable to me. The day of the service we were assigned two people to help facilitate. They were both professional and most importantly, helpful. The main chapel room was beautiful. My mother's casket was placed at the center and a tiered table was set up to the right for items we had brought to display. Three large screen TVs displayed the picture we used for her obituary. I was impressed with the whole set up particularly because it was not something I had even considered in my grief. Lastly, the assistance they provided in writing her obituary was such a relief. They took information I provided and sent me a well written draft. It needed very little editing and was quickly ready and posted to their website. My husband and I will be returning to make our own prearrangements within this next year. Thank you, Draper Mortuary, for making this difficult task a pleasant and swift experience.

Our family could not have been through a worse nightmare of my mother's death... or so we…read morethought... until we hired Bellevue Memorial Park for my mother's internment. Bellevue Cemetery showed us an unimaginable lower level of hell on earth. It is inconceivable that "funeral professionals" could be so careless, haphazard, and inhumane in the basic bookkeeping duties of their contract. My mother, our family and friends, and NO ONE would ever deserve such neglectful and uncaring service as the Bellevue Cemetery staff showed us. Their treatment was so heartless and deeply painful, we have abandoned our family plot at Bellevue Cemetery and established more respectful places to remember our deceased family members. The internments in our family plot at Bellevue Cemetery-Ontario were a waste of time and money investments. We have lost count of how many times we gathered at our family plot to remember our loved ones and had to change plans to regather elsewhere because we arrived to find a soccer game being played on the southwestern property graves. Call the office to request more efficient weekend monitoring of the property, and you will immediately find out how unimportant you are after you have paid your bill in full. We hope others will learn from our VERY painful and expensive lesson. If you are in a mindset during mourning that you are capable of taking on a deeper valley of a living hell, by all means call on Bellevue Cemetery...and prepare yourself with a plentiful supply of prescribed antidepressants; you're in for an insulting, frustrating, and living hell you couldn't imagine.
