They rush through our appts, they weren't helpful with design. I wanted something diff for my loved one I had google search for ideas. they just throw a book at you so you have to do your own research if your looking for something special.. or else you end up.with a basic marker. There photoshopping is horrific they didn't approve the photo with me a just sent it to be made I asked to see it before sending to cementary and I managed to stop it and hire a company. They took over a month to send the check to set the marker at the cementary even after sending emails and making calls. A sad experience. read more

They're service has been rapidly declining the last couple years. I bought from them a couple times. First time was great. This time they gave me a timeframe of 4 weeks and now it's been 2 months and still no marker. When I've called they don't know the status of the marker. They should give realistic timeframes and they're customer service needs to know their workload. I DO NOT recommend them. read more

We lost my grandpa in October, which was a horrible thing in itself. To work with this company made it even worse! My grandmother and I had an appointment with Christina, and she was friendly at the time of our appointment. After that, it was hard to get a hold of them. They don't return calls....follow up is TERRIBLE! My grandma should not have had to call every single time to get a status on her husband's grave marker. You guys are supposed to make this experience as seamless as possible....and it was quite the opposite. We paid for the marker, which happened to be out of stock. My grandma was waiting for her money back since we over paid on the original marker. My mom finally called a couple days ago, pissed off, and confirmed the accounting department has it and will send it out. It's been weeks. She shouldn't have to do this! We lost someone who was extremely instrumental, and the entire core of our family and your company made this worse. Possible customers, if you are looking at this company to assist you in a plot marker for your loved one....DON'T. Just run the other way and don't look back. My grandma was so stressed dealing with this place! GET BETTER or don't work in this industry, because you have no compassion or empathy. Work at H&M. read more
