I paid for the service, and let them know I wasn't in a rush and could pick up the cat bed at any time. I received a "ready to pick up" text a couple of hours later, and let them know I'd be in the following day. I picked up the cat bed Saturday afternoon, at which point I was informed that they damaged the bed (the shag cover was torn about 2") - the person I was speaking with was someone different from the day before. I let her know that the bed was not damaged when I brought it in. She apologized, and then said "maybe I should have fixed this for you"...but she put a rubber band around the torn fabric instead. I wasn't offered a discount for the damage they caused (or a refund). Disappointed and frustrated...I won't be returning.

She accepted over 150lbs of smoky and wet clothes without batting an eye. We returned two days later to clothes that smell nice, were soft, and neatly hung or folded Into bags. The value was great. I knew the washer was too big, but I wanted to make sure it moved freely and was clean. It truly did the trick! Dryers are huge and work great! I love that there is a reverse option for drying....that really helps when dealing with a big blanket like mine. The attendant was nice and helpful. However, the last three visits, one of which was tonight, they have removed all the tv's and the a/c has been OFF! It's sad when it is cooler outside than it is inside. You have all these machines running, kicking out heat, but you keep the a/c off and it is over 90 degrees in the place! That's ridiculous considering what we pay to use the machines now. It's bad enough having nothing to even watch except the people, but to be sweating like crazy at the same time is too much.
