My haircut was simple -- just a trim -- and the stylist finished in about 10 minutes. My only concern is the pricing. I was charged $69 (like the last tier) for a basic trim, which felt steep given how quick and straightforward the service was (no shampoo, no blowdry, dry cut) especially with tip added on top. While I understand salon services can be expensive, this particular haircut didn't feel worth the cost to me. Because of that, I don't think I'll be returning, even though the atmosphere and staff were nice.

I've never had my eyebrows done before since they're so light and felt kinda awkward trying to explain what I wanted but Heather was on it. She walked me through the steps of both tinting and waxing and made me feel comfortable, and made sure that I loved the end result. The esthetician that provided my Brazilian service was Leila. She was AMAZING! I was a little sweaty from getting a little nervous because it was a while since I had my last wax, in addition to the sweat pants (that made it no better) but she reassured me that we would get through the service.
