My haircut was simple -- just a trim -- and the stylist finished in about 10 minutes. My only concern is the pricing. I was charged $69 (like the last tier) for a basic trim, which felt steep given how quick and straightforward the service was (no shampoo, no blowdry, dry cut) especially with tip added on top. While I understand salon services can be expensive, this particular haircut didn't feel worth the cost to me. I've never had my eyebrows done before since they're so light and felt kinda awkward trying to explain what I wanted but Heather was on it. She walked me through the steps of both tinting and waxing and made me feel comfortable, and made sure that I loved the end result.
