I got my eyebrows done here because My eyebrows were absolutely everywhere and I could not go to my hometown. So if you absolutely must get them done - the job can be done here. But don't expect too much. Upon arrival was told to "sit" by the lady behind the counter. No temperature check or hand sanitizer distributed. The process itself was more painful than when I go anywhere else. The prices have all gone up +1.00. So currently eyebrows threading service is $10 and not $9 anymore. Was not asked about which style I would like... so I will attach photos with my results. My skin is a bit red because they added witch hazel without letting me know and I am highly sensitive to witch hazel. read more

Made my eyebrows way too thin after I specifically kept telling her NOT to do that. She said it was because she was "shaping" them but I have gotten my eyebrows shaped at plenty of other places before and this is by far the thinnest anyone has gone. read more

I've never not tipped before and as soon as I walked out I started crying. She never even spoke to me never asked me what I wanted just started ripping my eyebrows off. I am a very shy person and have a hard time speaking up for myself and have never gone out of my way to leave a bad review but she needs to see this. While the lady working there is not very friendly she didn't do a bad job. My eyebrows are near perfect. I do feel like it hurt a little more than the one other time I had them threaded. She did a nice job on my eyebrows. Good, but not great. I didn't feel rushed. Shaped well, and only $9. Only one person working, so I had a wait of about an hour. The person in the chair was a full face and was in the chair at least 30 minutes after I arrived, then there was another customer ahead of me. I've had my brows done at the mall and both times they shaped them like Hitler's, so this was a huge upgrade. read more

This was my first time here. My friend used the service. They were fast and did a great job.

This is probably the best service I've ever received. The price was acceptable ($9 for eyebrows) and the process took only 5 minutes. I'm extremely satisfied and I definitely recommend this place if you need a good threading. Although it hurt, it was understandable since it was my first time threading. The lady completely transformed my eyebrows; they were thick and messy at first. Now, they're shaped perfectly. I will surely be back soon! read more

I have been here before & loved my experience. That was not the case today. I specifically asked that my eyebrows not be thinned out and to keep them as thick as possible. The complete opposite was done, and her response was "sorry". Sorry isn't going to help my eyebrows grow back ! I am completely disappointed & beyond upset with my experience. As painful as threading is, it is worth it. I've been going to this location for about 8 months now and I have never had a problem with the way my eyebrows looked. They are surprisingly always perfect. I get so many compliments and it lasts at least three weeks before I have to go back. They are closed on Tuesdays and open late so thats nice. read more

When I lived in Virginia, this was my go to place to get my brows done! I am super, super picky about where I get my eyebrows down and when I lived in Virginia, this was THE ONLY place I ever went to. Recently I moved to California and it took me a while to finally decided on a place to try there. Got them done and I didn't like it and was scared to look for a place after that. I knew that I would be visiting VA this month so until today, I haven't gotten my eyebrows done since October... I've been holding out for my visit haha. There is only one woman who works here and she's very polite! Very quiet, but very nice and always does a flawless job when doing my eyebrows. She is extremely fast and very gentle! Super affordable, I wanna say it's like $9 (for brows). Nice, clean place. It is located in a dead shopping center so it may be harder to find. It's behind the Starbucks and to the right of Red Lobster. Once you find that shopping center, it's easy to spot because it has a bright pink banner! read more

Terrible experience. I asked for eyebrow threading and they lady never asked me what shaped I wanted the eyebrows. During the threading she was super rough and keep poking my eye inward. I have burns on the eyelid from how aggressively she was threading. Once she was done there were so many hairs on each eyebrow she missed so she went back and again was super aggressive. After threading the area for a second time she still missed so many hairs. I gave up just left. Terrible experience. Will never go here again read more

Wouldn't recommend going here. The lady was nice when I walked in but as soon as I sat down she was rude. She didn't ask me what I wanted, swatted my hand away while I was holding my eye, left my brows unfinished, didn't tell me my total, and made me wipe of my own brows with the soothing gel. Both of my eyebrows are uneven, different shapes, and totally not cleaned up all the way, to top it off, this was the quickest and most painful threading I have ever experienced. read more

As the previous review mentioned, I would disregard the first review because I have become a regular customer and for good reason! For those of you familiar with threading, you know that the first few times can be quite painful until you get used to the process. The lady that works here is polite and one of the fastest and most skilled at threading that I have had. Speed is important for the reduction in pain with threading, and I have found that I do not even need to tell her the style that I want, as she will beautifully craft my eyebrows into the perfect shape. I will continue to be a regular customer and would recommend this place to anyone in the area. The pricing is also the lowest I have found in the area as well. A great find! read more

Y'ALL. I made a yelp account just so I could leave this review. So I typically don't really touch my brows in the sense of plucking waxing or anything that removes my hair because I love my bushy thick brows but i typically slay my makeup (today I did not) and I never have my brows done so I decided it was time to clean them up. She was very quick and it hurt more than a tattoo I could've passed out (keep in mind she took off A LOT of hair) and I have like 20 tattoos. BUT it was so worth it and my eyebrows look amazing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This was my first eyebrow threading experience and it was so terrible I honestly dont know if I would do it again, but if I do I will never ever ever go back to this place. I grew my eyebrows out for over a month because I wanted them to be as symmetrical as possible. I go to this place and she completely screws them up! One eyebrow is like 1.5 cm in further than the other. Now I'm stuck coloring my eyebrows in for another month until I can grow them out again. I beg you DO NOT GO HERE! Even though the woman who does your eyebrows does not speak too much at first this place turned out to be awesome. I got my eyebrows done with an upper lip as well and it came out so much better than the place in the mall. It was also cheaper! I personally do not like my eyebrows to be super thin and I asked for a clean up. That is exactly what she did and it actually did not hurt as much as other places do plus she was quick. Horrible customer service! It was my first time trying this place out and I won't be back. I walked inside and was going to go up to the little desk that was set up in there and before I could even do so, the woman immediately jumped up and ordered me to sit down in the chair. I get being eager for a customer, but a friendly greeting would be nice, and all I wanted to do was view the prices. After I sat down in the chair she leaned me back and went to town without even asking me how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. When she took a small pause I immediately sat up and said I wanted to see how she was doing them and they were way too thin. My eyebrows are barely full enough to get a nice shape so I need to take advantage of what I do have. By this time I had no other choice but to let her continue. My eyebrows aren't totally messed up and I can still fill them in and make them look how I want, however I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their brows. read more
