My eyebrows are sparse and do not grow in the full shape I would like. I found Angela's work on her instagram page and knew she was exactly what I hoped to find. She finds the unique shape that works best for each individual, and somehow works magic to make it look like you're not wearing any makeup or tattoo. Well it's time for her to make an appointment, so she called and emailed and got a confirmation text. She got to the shop at her confirmed appointment time and it was closed, locked up tight, lights off - Never notified. Complete waste of $200 on this. Horrible customer service - ZERO communication. It's just horrible. On the site, they'd obviously rather teach others how to do this themselves than offer the service that made them relatively popular in the first place. Sad.
