Service can often times be a little slow only because they may get little rushes and there's usually only like two people working... However, the owners (a couple) are really friendly and kind!! Love Boboa and wanted to try a new place by my house. The owners seem nice, friendly and helpful. The young man behind the counter was attentive and knew what he was talking about. The vibe of the establishment was relaxed, you could sit on one of two sofas and watch TV while you wait on your orders. I didn't know there was a place that had boba drinks in Temecula until recently. I think there's a few now, but decided to try this one out. The boba is perfect, I've had some boba drinks and the boba is just not the right texture, I really like it here. Had Thai iced tea with boba and almond milk tea with mango jelly and custard pudding. Everything came out great. The Thai iced tea was just the right amount of sweet. Boba was soft and chewy. Jelly and pudding were yummy in the milk tea. Service was a bit slow. They do have large comfy couches to chill while you wait. For one of the few boba places in the area, this place is satisfying. I usually get one of the favorites (Hawaiian Sunset, Tropical Island, or Thai Tea Deluxe) and they've always been of great quality and taste! The Matcha Green Tea wasn't as I expected but not bad. The place itself usually isn't busy when I stop by. It is always clean and relaxing. Finally a place that makes a taro boba drink identical, if not better, to the one we usually get from Jollibee without having to drive an hour. This location is right by our house, is very clean and looks like a great place to hangout. Also the staff is very nice and answered all of mine and my boyfriend's questions. I don't understand the reviews that suggest bad service. Maybe it is just because I always come in when it's slow but I have NEVER received bad service here. Reth (one of the owners) is a super sweet lady who always smiles and asks how I'm doing. We talk while she gets my drink ready as long as there aren't other customers waiting (which has only really happened once). They have a comfortable atmosphere and I really love their drinks! Let me be upfront on their drinks-- I really love boba, but it has to be the right texture and level of sweetness. The boba here is that perfect firm squishy that I love! I usually get the Matcha Green Tea Smoothie w/ double boba. I've tried their milk tea too and while it is a little sweeter than I'm used to, it still has a good flavor. Give them a try. Remember that they're a local business and they only have two people working behind the counter as far as I've seen. If there's a line and it takes a little while, give them a break. I've tried multiple Boba places in the area over the past 2 years and although this place didn't impress me much at first, I've fallen in love with their avocado smoothie. The Boba is a lot softer now, just right actually. The husband and wife team who I assume own the shop are always very nice. The only downside to the shop is it doesn't offer much in the munching catagory. They offer chips and candy but it'd be nice if they had like popcorn chicken and potato swirls. This was the third time I've been to this place and all 3 times, I had to wait 15-20 min for my drink. I could've sworn that they must have grown their coffee bean before brewing and making my drink. Chill Zone is a "chill" place. I love trying different boba places and comparing. I just moved here and so I'm not familiar with Temecula boba hot spots so I thought I would try. Couple of things 1. Boba is very soft compared to other places and it's not that firm. It almost had a gum texture and too soft. 2. I had a hawaiian sunset and the watermelon was the only flavor I could pick up and the consistency wasn't that great. Troy, my dad had explicit permission to speak to your wife behind the counter. In hoping to talk with her without making her place seem unprofessional, he asked if it was okay to speak with her there. She said ,"its okay," and waved him back and said to the employee that it was okay as well. That's where my father very respectfully and politely, without ever raising his voice, tried to counsel the situation. That's when Reth, apologizing over 10 times to each of us, hugged me 5 times in trying to get me to forgive her, and she hugged my father! If she was scared, she could have talked to him anywhere else. Outside, in the store, on the hall. She wouldn't have hugged my father at all if she was scared of him! After that Reth begged me to forgive her. I did. Everyone messes up. And we continued coming to her business, bought her a birthday card, and went on as we usually did. Then I come in with my father, politely greet you, and you start yelling at us. At no point did my father try to get behind the counter. Also, you seem to forget that you also were"dropping f bombs" and unlike my dad, death threats. I have a witness to that. Don't scream at people and ruin relationships when you don't know the true story. For whatever reason each time we came into contact with you, Troy, you acted rudely. I think it was your pleasure to have a reason to confront us. Edit: Lies? Don't make me laugh. YOU WERE NEVER THERE when we talked to Reth. Apparently you don't remember your death threats about your car. Whatever. And you keep thinking we want to come back to the business. Why would we come back to a place that treats us terribly?
