We will only come here for our Boba Tea fix. Anytime we try someplace else, it's never as good as ChillZone. The tapioca pearls are consistently the perfect texture. Flavors of milk teas are always on point. We've been to quite a few tea places and this one is top of the list. The owners are treasures. They are part of the experience of our visit. First time customer, and not coming back. Bought Tropical Island which was good, and also bought a Chamango base on many of the pictures here. When we got them my wife notice that there was no mango on ours compare to the ones on yelp. Called and was told by the guy (probably the owner) that I "wasn't missing out on anything" and its "just few pieces" that they put in. Well i don't care if they put half of a piece or a quarter, what I bought was the Chamango that looks like the one in the pictures and even put boba on it. But what was giving was incomplete product and I wasn't even told that they weren't going to put any until I notice and had to call. The best Boba drink place in town. They've perfected how to cook their Bobas just right. I've gone to other places where their Bobas are over cooked, too chewy or leftovers from the day before. Chill Zone makes their Bobas fresh daily and that's where the big difference is. They have a variety of drinks to choose from and have lots of additional options to add to your drink. **Visiting from San Diego. Found this place on Yelp and was debating because it was a little further than other boba places I searched up. But I wanted to risk the longer drive for better quality boba in comparison to the crappy boba that was closer. Considering it was my nephew and I's first time we took some time to look at the menu. I got the oreo slush with boba and he got a strawberry banana smoothie with lychee popping boba. Be aware that not every add on is on the menu. He was just hoping they had it, and it wasn't on the menu. But when he asked they said they had it. The boba add on itself is pretty cheap but there's a reason: they put SO LITTLE. If I would have realized it before I would have ordered double or maybe even triple the amount. But honestly the boba tasted soon good! So soft and chewy. The drink itself was definitely oreo. I mean 10/10. I tried my nephew's drink and the lychee popping was a little on the sour side for me, but maybe because I'm more of a lychee jelly fan?? But the drink itself was decent! They also sell some other stuff like chips and bottled water if you don't want the boba drinks for some reason. The inside seemed pretty relaxing. There's some couches there but I'm skeptical about how often they clean it. The cleanliness was decent and so was the customer service. The guy who helped us was very patient even though they were closing within the hour. We felt very welcome. It was almost like hanging out in your own home. But then again we had the place to ourself. The guy also offered a stamp card and I took it because I'll probably be driving to Murrieta just for this place!! LOL. This place was always busy when it first opened because it's basically the only decent boba joint in Temecula/Murrieta. The service was really slow because of all the customers and they only had a few blenders. I think people just dealt with it because the boba was better than the ones you could get at pho restaurants here. If you compare Chill Zone to boba places from LA, OC or SD, you'd probably want to give it a two star rating. The wait for drinks is still on the long side despite there not being many customers. Their milk teas are on the sweet side and you cannot adjust the sweetness. The chamango is pretty good. I remember my first visit here and asking if they can make a Thai tea snow, the owner looked at me funny and said "No... But all we do is add creamer so okay," and now it's listed as one of Chill zone's favorites. The boba was just mediocre, wish they had more flavor selections, but my toddler seemed to enjoy it. The chamango only had small hint of chamoy, and didn't have the good spice to the drink nor did it have (the best part) the chamoy and tamarind stick. So, it pretty much tasted like a mango slush. I did appreciate the fresh mango topping. With limited choices in temecula, I'd come back if I ever really have a craving for boba. I was honestly scared to try this place because I have had bad experiences with boba in the Inland Empire. But I decided to try it one day when my cousin was visiting. We both got almond milk teas and they were delicious! It was not watered down like how it is with Lollicup and it had a good boba to drank ratio. We went again later that week. The have a large comfy couch with a big tv show ing sports (nfl on Sunday)The milk teas are strong so definitely you will not get short changed with watered down drinks. Went to this place because my family has been raving about it (I've been to a few places here and there, but all I really know about boba is Tapioca Express because I go to UCSD). My indicator of whether a place serves a good boba drink is by ordering some sort of mango drink off their menu. I decided to order the Mango Slush with boba, which was really good! I agree with the other reviewers that it takes too long for the drinks to come out, but I think it's well worth the wait. At least, I didn't have too much of a problem with it as I was the only customer on a Wednesday evening (I could see how waiting could be a problem if the place were super busy).
