I had previously contacted the front desk and other Family Service Advisors regarding an issue at my mother's gravesite, but unfortunately, I did not feel that my request was taken very seriously. Then, while I happened to meet Michael on the grounds, he stopped and asked me if there was anything he could help me with. Unlike my previous experiences, Michael genuinely listened and took the time to help. He personally went to my mother's gravesite today and took care of the issue. He truly went above and beyond, and I could feel that he sincerely wanted to help. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to take action meant so much to me. When it comes to taking care of a loved one's final resting place, that kind of genuine care makes a big difference. Thank you so much, Michael, for stopping to help me and for going the extra mile. Being able to have everything coordinated and completed within a single week was nothing short of a lifesaver, and their willingness to open early for us was an extra act of kindness we won't forget. On the day of the service, all of the flowers sent by loved ones were beautifully arranged, adding a sense of care and dignity to the space.
