DON'T go with them unless you just want to throw away money with no resolution…read more Technician was friendly -outcome was negative. The tech came to work on our mini-split system which has been icing up. After rinsing our outdoor unit with a hose and saying the refrigerant was fine. He left with no solution and no recommendations. He left and our unit began icing over again 30 minutes later. My husband called four times over the next week hoping someone could come finish the job or quote us for the installation of a new system. He could not get the owner/manager to call him back or have anyone come back out to finish the job. It was hot and we were getting nowhere, so I had to go purchase a window unit to keep my house at a bearable temperature. THREE WEEKS LATER AFTER CONSISTENT CALLS AND LEFT MESSAGES My husband finally was able to speak to Matt who said they were busy and we should go with someone else if they could get us in. He claimed that he called my husband's number and attempted to leave a message, but that his voicemail must not be set up. His voicemail works properly and he had no missed calls from any numbers associated with the business. It felt like a flimsy excuse and he did not seem concerned over the fact that we 1. have had no air conditioning for three weeks or 2. that his company charged $150ish for hosing off an outdoor unit and not fixing or offering solutions to the problem. Very disappointed in the communication, outcome, and excuses. 3. In total We've spent about $300 - $150 for their fee, $150 for a window unit) and I will spend even more as a different company comes out tomorrow to do a REAL assessment Save yourself time, stress, and money and go to with a different company.

Will aka Billiam was the one who gave us our bid and also came out to do the work and I cannot stress enough how nice and professional he was. He explained the work thoroughly and in a way that was easy for us to get, he made sure to get a hold of me and explain if something had arisen and was able to walk my wife and I through what needed to change from our initial estimate and and he cleaned up after himself as well. He felt like a guy I'd want to hang out with outside of an instance like this and was very personable. He was quick and prompt at handling the work we initially called him out for. We have a lot going on in our lives and no one wants an unexpected cost like this to hinder their plans like this one almost did, not only was Andy's Pipe Dream and their technician Will well priced and willing to back up their work, the were also excellent to interact with and it helped make the process of spending this much money on a necessary expense like this with them a no brainer and eased our concerns. In the future we will be using them again for any issues we might need fixed.

Since then, I have had to have repairs in 2007 and 2008. Again, quick service, great and friendly service men. They have always understood my concerns about the dogs being too hot. They have always gotten to us quickly. Fast forward to this morning. Woke up, after a power outage last night to find that the A/C was not working and it was quickly getting warm in here. I called in for service, she assured me that the would get me take care of this afternoon. It may be 1pm or so, was that going to be ok? I assured her, that as long as they got to us today, we'd be fine. I would take the dogs out if I had to. 10:30am; Mike *(the service guy) was knocking on my door. He remembered me and the dogs when he saw the work order. He remembered that I had special needs dogs and had to have our A/C. So he bumped me up on his list, hoping he could get us fixed quick. By 11:15 this morning, the A/C was up, running and good to go. He checked our charge, looked everything over, replaced the Capacitor and had us ready to cool off! Mike has made our last 3 service calls, he's never bothered by the loud and rambunctious BIG dogs that greet him at the door, tails wagging and tongues lolling. He just asks them if they are hot and assures them he'll get them cool in no time. What a wonderful company, what a great repair man. In 10 years, I have never ONCE been disappointed in this company. If they are more expensive than other companies, I don't know. I won't bother to find out, because this type of service and care from a company is priceless. My pups think so too! As my middle one was bounding through the house, squeaking her squeaky toy after Mike left! If you need service for your A/C or heat, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company and have complete faith in them! And the dogs say the same thing, because they have always greeted Mike like he was supposed to be here!
