We had to hire a mitigation company, replace damaged electronics, and are still in the process of obtaining estimates for drywall, toe kicks, and other items that were damaged, but the damage is in excess of $10,000. - They told us the job would take two weeks. It's been more than 2 months and the roof is still incomplete with major pooling issues. - They told us they were a GAF certified roofer. They are not and never have been. They apparently are certified with two other TPO materials, but for some inexplicable reason recommended and installed a completely different material. This has prevented us from being able to obtain additional warranties that we expected to be available. - I have sent more than 16 emails directly to the owner, with the team member we have been working with on copy. The owner has not responded to or acknowledged a single email himself. He hides behind his overworked and under-resourced employees. This is the single worst business interaction I have ever had. We hired Tactical for a complete roof replacement in excess of $50,000. This is a major investment for a newly married couple in their first home together. We have zero faith in the 10-year warranty, other manufacturer warranties are unavailable to us because they misrepresented their relationship to the manufacturer, and it's been 2 months with an open roof and the project is still unfinished.

Worker showed up on time and after showing him everything to be done, he told me that demolition wa not included. I told him it was never discussed. He also didn't have anything about the gate repair. He told me it was their error, so they would include it at no extra charge. Next day new section of fence was installed. didn't connect to old fence seamlessly (6" difference) and co-owner said "Well they're 6' boards, old ones are only 5'6". Absolutely refused to set boards lower so they matched. He said "well when you replace that section of fence you can get taller fence boards" . When completed I was told it was measured wrong and I needed to pay for demolition as well as an additional 24 feet of fencing. Co-owner stated that he shouldn't have to bear the brunt of a poorly measured work order. Cost went from quoted $2400 to $3465! Im an 80 year old widow on a fixed income, and was having the fence fixed and paid for in large part by insurance. after a lot of anger and tears they finally settled on $2800. I shouldn't have had to deal with the hassles due to their incompetence!

Becoming first time homeowners on a larger property that needed specific fencing to protect our…read moredogs, we had very specific requirements to make a special low-profile Lodge Pole fence that blended-in with the property. On top of that, we wanted this new fence to appear as it had always been there, not blocking the beauty of the land, weaving throughout the Juniper trees, and a lower Lodge Pole fence size than would normally be erected. We got what we asked for from the amazing team at Cascade Fence and Construction. The artistry really belongs to Evan, who immediately got our idea when we met for the first consultation. Evan was excited to build a fence of this smaller style, and took on the challenge personally. From start to finish, Evan was there to answer questions, make suggestions we had not even thought of, and supervised his team throughout the process. Evan really is our hero. Additional special thanks must also go to Evan's hard-working crew: Mikey, Tristen and Brett. Stellar group. Highly recommend Cascade Fence and Construction!!
