Like any pool, there are always "issues". But from day 1 Don "the owner" has taken care of me like he has been a friend for years. One night when we had terrible rain I was freaking out and he actually left his family and came to my place to make sure the pool was not in danger of being lost. There is no way I would ever consider another pool company in this area. The entire staff treats you like family and calls you by name when you come in the door. Don deserves the American Dream he is living as a business owner.

Multiple reasons for the low rating...We had not used them before. We contacted them spoke to…read moresomeone who had to take a message from us. We told them that we thought our sand needed changed and that we had a couple of other issues we would like to discuss and hopefully they could help with at the same time. They never returned our call but yet showed up and changed our sand. They left a mess actually multiple messes on our yard.., all of the sand out of our sand filter was left in 2 large piles in our yard in between our pool and our house. Along with that there was sand EVERYWHERE in our pool house and on the concrete around our pool. Not sure why. We have changed our sand before and no reason for that big of a mess. Including leaving messes, they also left our water faucet running just out on ground. We received a bill for work. We promptly paid it and included our complaint with it. Thinking they should be and would want to be aware of issues. They never contacted us back. I called to confirm they received the payment along with the complaint and their response was simply yes. Just a simple, I'm sorry that happened and it's been addressed would have been the more appropriate response to an issue such as that but nothing at all.
