And again I wil not be sending any money to you after the way I was treated by you. If you want paid I want you personally to come to my house and collect it yourself. I was referred to Arkansas Leak Detection by my local plumbing company. They came out and spent…read moreseveral hours attempting to locate a water leak. After their inspection, they marked a spot under my concrete slab and stated that the leak was located there. Based on their findings, my plumbing company spent an entire day cutting through and removing a section of the slab, which cost me thousands of dollars. After the slab was opened, it became clear that there was no leak in the location Arkansas Leak Detection had identified. The actual leak was more than 20 feet away from the spot they marked. I contacted Arkansas Leak Detection to discuss the issue and seek a resolution. I was told that the owner would call me back, but I never received a return call. Over the following weeks, I made several additional attempts to contact the company regarding a refund or at least a discussion about what happened. Unfortunately, neither the owner nor anyone else from the company ever followed up with me. My experience was extremely disappointing. The inaccurate leak location resulted in significant unnecessary expense, and the complete lack of communication afterward demonstrated very poor customer service.

We have a large lot with about a 5-6 hundred foot water line. They zeroed in on the leak very quickly. They then dug it up (a small opening) and repaired the line. They stayed for more than 30 minutes to be sure the repair would hold. I was amazed at the minimal price for this repair considering they had to travel about 300 miles round trip. Believe me, they KNOW what they are doing. The techs were great-- professional, friendly, and good communicators.

A few days later, I was charged for the service call, but did not receive an invoice of the work that was accomplished. I called and left a message over the weekend that I did not receive an invoice and that I needed follow up service. I was emailed an invoice this morning with no explanation of why I didn't not get one in the first place. I called and talked to Matt who was very unapologetic and made excuses for why he didn't send the invoice like he should have. When I explained that it would have been nice to also have acknowledgement of the upcoming service that we needed, he acted like he didn't care and actually hung up in the middle of our conversation. Multiple reviews here stating the lack of customer service and communication. Buyer beware!
