First off, the staff are friendly and approachable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand. There was no pressure to get unnecessary work done, which I really appreciated. It's clear they value their customers and are more interested in building long-term relationships than making a quick buck. The pricing is always fair, and they were transparent about the costs upfront, so there were no surprises when came time to pay the bill. Overall, we highly recommend Dr Brakes to anyone in the neighborhood. We were sent here and Ron took great care of us! We brought it during the holiday season, so we expected it would be busy. Thankfully, we dropped it off on a Monday morning and it was all fixed up by the following evening. We felt the prices were very fair and that everyone we dealt with were honest. Really happy with this repair shop. Even when we came to pick it up, Ron said, Oh, I didn't wash it, and then looks at the headlights and says, Let's buff these out. We stayed about 20 minutes more, and it looks fantastic! Check my photos and compare the right and left headlights!

In a day-and-age when every repair at a "Big-Box Repair Shop" somehow always ends up costing $500 - $1000+ (regardless of the cost of the part), it was refreshing to find an honest business for a change. They were polite, professional, and had great communication, and don't let their smaller lot fool you, they make use of every inch of space they have, they made the repair within 2 hours of receiving the car. This is a family-owned business, McInnis is what America is all about. Give these guys a shot next time your car needs an electrical repair, I couldn't recommend them more.

Once I dropped off the car, I was later called and given a price of $887.43. I asked for them to email the invoice which they did. They tried to charge 317.86 for 2 rotors. After looking up the part numbers I realized how ridiculous this price was. I called two other auto shops near this shop and was given a out the door price of $520. Of course I told them I was just going to pick up my car and not pay $887.43. They charged me $75 to get my keys because they did a brake check (on the invoice, it is free)
