This is my go to nail place in the Dells! Good prices, quick service, and I love the fact that they play romcoms while completing services.

I quite enjoyed my experience here. My bestie and I came in on a Sunday and there were only two people working. The previous one we went to had only one, so already this was a step up. Because of the inconvenience, they offered us special spa treatment at no extra charge. This meant the massage and hot wax on your feet. I have never had a nail salon offer hot wax for your feet. So this was a first. The wax was pretty hot, but nothing you can't handle. It's definitely interesting. It comes right off when it's finished and my feet did feel soft. The technicians did a great job of getting all the dead skin off and making my feet look brand new. They were really friendly, although understanding them was difficult at times. They also did a good job making sure my toes were ready to go back in my shoes seeing how I didn't wear flip flops. They also offer you a bit of wine! Which is a nice touch. Fillin was told it would cost 45 and she charged me 55 a new set would be 70.00 the lady that owns was very nasty. I was going to get a pedicure for 35 then she raised it to 50 so I left without it. The Nail box does a better job and are nicer. By the time she jacks up the prices it's about the same money and a much better experience. I will not go there read more

I went in on a late Monday morning with my husband for a mani pedi and I honestly have to say this is one of the best that I've ever had. I called about 15 min before arriving to make an appointment and they took us with no problem. When we walked in though, the first chair woman sized us up and harshly asked if she could help us. This was clearly not the person I spoke to on the phone but fortunately we did not have to have too much interaction together past this point. We got the standard pedicure and I really enjoyed how thorough the massage was along with the warm towels on the legs and it lasted for about 30 minutes give or take. I also really enjoyed not feeling like we got a rush job and I think it may be because we were the only ones in there for the most part. My wonderful technician's name is Christina and she had the best customer service I've experienced in a long time from a nail shop. Christina even gave us a gift for the holidays and I thought that was very thoughtful. I would definitely come back here the next time that I'm in the Dells area. Went about noon on a rainy Sunday in the on season, but the Yelp time said they opened at noon. They had a couple 3 person walk ins so not their fault. We decided we were on vaca and there, so we stayed. Folks working there were friendly and huddled, but we still didn't leave til after 2 (3 mani's - one powder dip and my girls wanted acrylics). My powder dip was fantastic! But, the girls acrylics weren't as close to cuticle so already look like their growing out. Oh well, vaca nails! read more

The prices are too expensive for the services offered. I've had better manicures in my hometown. This place is marginal and will probably not last long. The pedicurist kept sweeping her hair while manicuring my feet - simply unsanitary. She did not wear gloves and was not attentive to my feet. We walked in for 2 pedicures and 4 no chip manicures. We were turned away at first, we were told they were booked. Then when we were about to leave they said we could come back in an hour. Came back in an hour they sat us down for services... pedicure was amazing the lady who did my pedicure gave a very nice massage but the actual painting the nails part, not so great. Then it came time for the no chip manicure. That was not good. You could tell the technician wanted to get it over with, she did not soak or cut my cuticles. She went straight to shaping my nails and buffing. She painted my nails so fast that she missed spots and parts of my nails have more polish than others. She left polish on my skin too. All 3 of my sisters and I had their nails done by the daughter of the owner and all 4 of us have nothing nice to say about our manicures read more

Went in for a pedicure while on a family trip to the Dells, and I was very happy with the result. My feet felt wonderful after and the polish looked great. I would recommend this place if you want to avoid the high resort spa prices and get a good pedicure. read more

Absolute garbage. The rushed my gel manicure so it didn't even sit under the lights half the time and was chipped ( at top and near cuticles) on half my nails after 2 days! My gf got a pedi too and hers were done fast and sloppy too. I went back for them to fix and she tried to rush again. I asked her to slow down -- but, ultimately, I still got TWO garbage jobs because it has been two says again and my gel is chipping. What the hell - that has never ever happened to me. The tech even blamed me for them chipping by saying "you must have been going g in the pool too much" which I never did once in that time. Might as well throw your money in the trash and skip wasting your time here. read more

This nail salon was dirty and run down. A bug crawled across my arm when I tried to dry them under the machine. They were also over priced and didn't finish off the tips of the nails. They left them rough which could snag on something. I would stay far away from this one. read more

I would never have any services done at this place.We walked in and asked if we could get 5 pedicures, they sat us down soaked 3 of our parties feet. Another party comes in and they said to us "you have no appointment? You come back later" They kicked us out of our 3 chairs, didn't dry our feet and we walked out. Unbelievable . Three of us went together and all were pleased. They fit us all in (3 full sets and 1 pedi) on short notice. We thought they were very courteous and professional. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went it on Tuesday to get shellac nails done. The lady did such a terrible job that it was chipping as soon as I got home. The Second day it got worse so I called to make an apt to come back in so I can get a refund or have them fixed. They told me to come in and when I showed up the owner conveniently was gone and they could do nothing for me. Said to come back the next day. Needless to say they did nothing to help.
