There aren't pictures of the common area pools, etc. because phones are (which I love!). The pictures posted are from the spacious room WITH a true hot tub. With robes, slippers, and a never ending supply of plush towels, one couldn't be happier. The shower had multiple shower heads with a keypad to set which ones on/off, etc. The room could definitely accommodate 6-8 people due to the size. What a good girls' weekend idea! Room service food was They also offered yoga, coloring, quiet rooms, and many more areas to relax and decompress. The ONLY thing lacking was the massage. Unfortunately, it was so-so, which was disappointing since it was . It didn't start on time and was out before the "50" minute allotted time. I'd say the massage maybe lasted 35. The masseuse also started it off by saying she was having a stressful day All that said, I think the massage was a one off, and I'll definitely try a service again. 4/5

We enjoyed the bath ritual, the outdoor hot tub, and the indoor hot soak tub. The bath ritual hot tub could have been a little warmer. There were hardly any quiet spaces in the spa areas and no one enforced keeping spaces quiet and tranquil despite the signs everywhere. For such an expensive resort, there were some things that really surprised us. Most of the staff were friendly, but it wasn't the caliber of customer service we were expecting. Our room was just ok. We liked the high ceilings, the comfy sitting area, the bed, Kohler shower, and the fireplace. A light flickered next to the bed, preventing us from reading in bed because we had to keep it turned off. The bathroom didn't have nearly enough hooks for suits and robes. The bathroom felt tired and didn't seem very clean. There was even a plastic wrapper on the shower floor. The toilet paper quality was surprisingly poor. The magnifying mirror wouldn't stay in place, and the hairdryer barely worked. This was unacceptable at these prices per night. We had fun, but it was very expensive for the quality of the experience.

We found the Delton Grand Resort had one spot left for up to twelve people and we had eight. It was reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations all the way. Plenty of room for all of us and clean to the whistle, our accommodations were centrally located to all things the Dells and our concierge who checked us in, made our stay a breeze. Check in is typically at 4 but she got us all setup and able to use the facility until our room was ready. Us weary rained out campers couldn't have asked for more for our one-night stay. If ever in the Dells again I would consider Delton Grand Report as a destination as the service and facility exceeded all expectations especially booking so last minute.
