Scammers! Lied and said their credit card machine doesn't always work. I saw the machine " hidden" in back. The lady never even swiped my card! Said to use her ATM for $3.75! What choice did I have? Non English speaking. Find another place. read more

Its was weird....While my feet were in the water...he gave about 4 rings of color ...1 went in the water and 1 on the floor...then I picked a color which he didn't use...I told him 3 times he just smiled and laughed.... The sign says tips only in cash....so I had $7 ...$1 in quarters he just laughed.....He dud were gloves at all.....I'm not going back...They were not busy at all.....Maybe a clue. read more

This shop has gone DRASTICALLY down hill in the past two years. Where to start---no sterilization of equipment--have been burned several times with "drill" , have been cut with cuticle scissors-the list goes on. Do not accept credit cards and did not tell me until after the fact --had to go to Kroger and buy a bottle of water with my debit card to get cash back to pay for service. My toenails were clipped unevenly and are still growing out several months later. The shop is filthy and the staff is rude. The one awesome technician is gone--and so am I. read more

The man doing my nails used the wrong color, then aggressively filed my nails after painting them, leaving them without paint on multiple parts of the nails. The nail tech then sent me to wash my hands and sat someone in my seat. He picked my phone up but dropped it and broke the screen, not even offering an apology after I told him what he did. read more

Just had an absolutely horrible experience here! They were aggressive with the dremel drill and burned me several times... then she proceeded to fill leaving soo much space before the cuticle it still looked like I needed a fill. Also the finish wasn't smooth but all wavy with divers. When I questioned her about it and asked why it looked like that she was rude, then aggressively dremeled off the polish and told me to go someplace else. I waited over half an hour to get my pedicure when there was a woman available the entire time. Water in spa was cold, I asked for warmer water and more cold water was added. The man who wound up doing them was extremely rough! He burned me with water while rinsing my keys. They used a nylon brush to scrub my legs at one point, ouch ! He could not polish in the lines at all and the instruments were cleaned in the dirty foot water! Took an hour to complete pedicure. Terrible! read more

Location : good and easy Service: good nails but wasn't used to stopping midway on the timer. Interaction: not so good. She asked where I was from obviously she had never seen me before .. from there it went downhill. Another customer had walked in and demanded my gal do her brows. She was obviously in a hurry. I was asked if that was ok... well okay... I guess. Just stop me and continue whatever. So I grabbed the file and started to file my left hand straighter. She came back and continued. Near the end of my fill she re shapes my left hand and my right. Well I just did my left so I asked to have the file again. Well at this point she was perturbed and so was I. They always greet me and do a fantastic job on my nails "cucu and lisa are my favorites.

This was the only place that could get me in for a manicure on short notice and the people were the nicest. I arrived 10 minutes early and they seated me right away. The man asked me all about softball and I felt like he was actually interested in my story. I just went for a manicure but he was so clever in convincing me to get my eyebrows done as well. 2 hours after I got my nails done I was called to go to a softball practice and my nails help up great! My eyebrows look awesome too! Not as good as my hometown favorite Tiffany's but the best I've run into since. read more

Honestly, I've read all the views about this place but as long as your nice to them their nice to you. I'm new to the area and have got all my amazing sets from them. I wish I knew their names to give them the honor they deserve. I'm always leaving with a smile on my face and even some clients would agree they did an amazing job. One time I did go on in they sat a young lady down at the pedicure section. She didn't get to pick out her color or water wasn't ran. They were busy that day! They took someone else while she was sitting there for about 15-20 min, I made eye contact with the girl and after that they assisted. Some people make mistakes but they do what they can. They do nails alright but the atmosphere and vibe of the entire place is draining, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming. They'll leave you to sit there while they do something else and won't actually listen to what you have to say, no good costumer service really. I've gone here three times and the first time I went they had me chose a color off the nail polish wall before I sat down and the second time I went there the woman had me sit down immediately then handed me the color wheel of nails, which I chose from, but she failed to tell me it was 10$ more. 10$ more really for shellac? On top of the 30 dollars it already costs? No good. It's been a week since I had my nails on which I asked for round and got pointy but whatever, they're already lifting at the ends so when I run my Fingers through my hair my hair gets caught underneath them. The worst. Overall, they seem like a good family and I'd like to see them do good in business but they just really need to fix the ambiance and make people feel more welcome. read more

Zero stars! F this place! They pay little to no attention to you as you walk in the door. Have you sit and wait forever just to tell you they can't do ombré?! Glued tips on partial fingers, not all ten, and then says oh I can't do that design. Neither can anyone else who works here. Pshhh please! He asked where I got m nails done I told him Cleveland, I am here on vacation. I asked him do you no wan o do m nails and he said "no I do not." This place was absolutely horrible. I'm getting married tomorrow and today took most of my bridal party there this morning get nails and toes done. The service was absolutely horrible. They don't listen to you, they pressure you into getting stuff you don't want. My mother was only getting a manicure done and told the lady she did not want shellac on her nails. She would not give up until my mom gave in. Then my sister lost her wallet, and was stressing out because she brought it into the store with her. They were freaking out becayse they did not know how they were getting paid. I finally looked at the lady and told her to relax, they will get their money. Then, my mom went to go pay with her credit card and told her she had to pay with cash. My mom told them she did not have cash, they told her to go next door to kroger and get cash, because their credit card machine was down. I find that odd, considering the lady sitting next to me paid with her credit card. Hmm, seems odd to me. Well I ended up having to pay our $500 bill with my wedding cash for my venue because I as the only one with cash on them. They did not writing anything down, or ring it into the cash register. They wrote out totals on napkins and old junk mail. Definitely not a place I'll ever recommend to anyone. Worst experience and customer service ever!!! read more

I went there and the vibe was really weird. It makes you uncomfortable. My nails were a mess i ended up taking them off 2 days later. It was all white coffin nails. This nail salon is awful!! They didn't bother to cut my cuticles and gave me 15 second massage. The atmosphere was very unfriendly and the shellac on my nails lasted only 1 day and then it peeled off. I would never go there and you shouldn't waste your time or money there either! read more

Would give them 0 stars. Prices are higher them what they advertising on line Came here to get our nails done for my sisters wedding we all got manicures and pedicures. While I was getting my pedicure they cut the top of my toe. The didn't do the massage that was apart of the service I paid for. The guy who did my nails burned my fingers with the file drill and left glue all over my fingers pain on my finger tips there is acrylic lumps under the nails. My ring fingers were supposed to be white with burgundy marbling they are black over clear coat. They also charge a fee for using you credit card $2 for over $50 and $5 for over $100 when were went to pay there credit card reader magically didn't work any more even though the 3 lady's who paid just be for us used it so they made us pay $500 cash that we didn't have on us at the time they told my moms to go get it from the ATM at Kroger they were very unprofessional and rude read more

Terrible gel manicures! I came in to get a manicure. The tech took off my gel nails by first using the drill to buff off the top, then a soak, and scraped my nails. Just when I thought she was done, she got out the drill again!! I don't wear acrylics. There was no need for the drill- which definitely takes off a layer of your nail. Once she applied the color, it was all over my cuticles. The color was totally uneven. You could see part of my nail underneath in certain areas. When I asked her to clean up my cuticles, she told me it was too late and that it would wash off. Horrible experience!! Would never go back. read more

I should have known when I walked in and they were all sitting in the Pedicure chairs because the place was empty, that I needed to move on. I didn't leave and I'm already regretting it. I have colored gel nails but they only had the pink and white. The guy who took care of my nails, "Andy" was going so quickly that he cut me at least twice with the drill and completely beat my cuticles up with his rough file. ( What, like he had people waiting or something?!) He ignored my requests and I even pointed out that I had a side that was pulling up and he just threw some gel on it and said it was fixed. My acrylic is already separating from my nail and the acrylic is chipping off! I had them done less then a week ago! I've never had the acrylic actually CHIP OFF BEFORE! The man in station 1 did my nails, gel and great shape. Just the right "squoval" :) also they let you tip on charge which is awesome. Everything seemed sanitized but I don't get my cuticles cut so can't comment to that. read more

A gentleman named "Andy" did a good job on my nails and paid attention to detail to an ingrown toe nail and fixed it. Most people working with pedicures will overlook it. Anyone who gets them would know the discomfort I am referring to. *thumbs up* read more

The acryllics are never filed down around the cuticle and sides of nail, they also don't go all the way down to the cuticle, so a part of the nail is showing. They don't layer on lighter colors, just two coats goes on like any normal color, so the polish looks awful. Not worth it, even with the price. read more

Hollywood nails is HORRIBLE!! I went there 3 times and over my 3 fills i got horrible infections. Yes they might be the best priced in town but they ARE NOT worth losing the feeling in your fingers like I did.. I went back to get them taken off from doctors orders and they wanted to charge me..
