Just terrible service. This person has NO idea what she is doing. This was supposed to be a "spa Pedicure?" No it was not! It was not worth $25. It was garbage. I tried asking her what she was doing, but she played the I don't understand card. I will Never use this place again. I told her it was the worst pedicure I had ever received, she said nothing..The man doing nails did not lift his head once to say anything. Poor service all the way around. The…read morefirst real problem I had was when I had the older man and he was very rough in twisting my thumb joints, I didn't realize at the time that he had actually injured me but both my thumb joint hurt for months after. No, I didn't go back to tell them because I was leaving the area for many months but , in hind sight, I should have reached out in some way. Why do I continue to go back? I keep receiving gift certificates from family, yes, I will ask them to stop. They seem to have changed their focus, it used to be quality but it is now speed and the quality has diminished significantly. My last visit, asked for oval but got round instead, even after telling him they don't look oval to me. The nails were not applied right, they stick up not even attached to the front of my nail. The acrylic is not even at all, it dips lower at the nail. Overall bad quality job, but hey, I was in and out in roughly half hour (probably less). My appointment was for 3:00 and was in my house at 3:40, including a 6-9 minute drive.

In both services, my nails were not prepared properly - i.e. cuticles soaked trimmed and shaped, nails scrupulously cleaned and prepared for the polish/shellac. The final result on my hands is that the shellac never hardened, and peeled up off the (uncleared) cuticle, blistering, lifting and sloughing off the nail completely when I showered. Literally less than 2 hours after the service my fingernails look worse than they did when I walked into the establishment. With regards to the pedicure, the sole of my left foot blistered and peeled, leaving a sore spot that is painful. Lovely that they give a (cursory) salt scrub. Delightful that they offer scented paraffin. How civilized one can get a glass of wine. Bollocks. I want a mani/pedi that doesn't cost a fortune and that results in sleek, well groomed extremities and not in a pile of smelly plastic shards on my desk! I will be returning to this establishment tomorrow to lodge my complaints. And then I'll head to my usual 'in and out' nail salon to get a REAL mani/pedi. I am very disappointed.

For whatever reason when your mask is on, the esthetician leaves the room (takes a break). I've never had this "issue" at any other spa both in and out of town. I honestly don't understand why. Everywhere else you get an extended head, neck, scalp and shoulder massage while the mask is working/resting since it's only a 45 minute to an hour service. It feels like you get abandoned through the middle of your service. When the mask is done resting, they take it off, add some moisturizer you're done. It just feels straight up disruptive and weird. Last time I had a facial there I was left alone in the room with my mask on for 15 minutes in the middle of my service. I honestly thought I was forgotten about.
