The style here is industrial modern with some country flair. I felt moved to review because I only saw a single 1 star review. I have had the $3 hair cuts before with students of cosmetology schools, this is definitely not one of those places. You will receive the full treatment that complements your appearance. If this review inspires others to share their experience I feel the rating will speak for itself.

IDK about you but I get a pedicure to enjoy the massage and getting calluses scrubbed with a pumice stone. There was NO scrubbing and NO massage! I could have painted my darn toenails at my house!! Then when I went for my SHELLAC manicure the owner claimed I never said I wanted shellac. I was already pissed because the 16 year old girl who did my toes made my toe bleed and I didn't get the treatment I thought came standard with a pedi. For my manicure the guy quickly slapped on the several coats it takes for shellac, but not without cutting me and making me bleed! Again, NO RUBBING MY HANDS! Just ridiculousness, apparently that doesn't come standard here. And the end result was awful. I got french and there was white paint on my fingers and the nail filings were not removed from under my nails and the edges were still rough. I left totally disappointed with what I paid $51 for and left a $2 tip (against my better judgement). I left. Sitting in my car for 15 min. I went back in and explained (calmly, seriously - I don't like confrontation) the several things I was disappointed in to the manager. She continued to get an attitude with me and refused to give me even half my money back. After asking her how we can fix this situation I settled on making an appt. to have them re-do my mani. As I'm writing this I just decided I'm not going. I don't want to sit through the crappy service and get attitude the whole time I'm sitting there. Lesson learned! Sorry for the long report, but I thought others should know! Don't come here!!

But the salon is incredibly clean, everyone is so kind, and they immediately offer you water, tea, soda, really whatever you need. After my pedicure, I sat at the drying station for a while and went on with my day. That night I realized I had somehow messed up two of my toes (which were incredibly done). I left them a message and they got me back in the very next day to fix them, no charge. Just genuinely kind people and great customer service. Clean, nice, accommodating. Exactly the kind of place you want to come back to.

I tried this nail salon looking at the ratings and tried two different nail techs, two separate times. Same results. Both times the nail techs put the dip on SO thick that multiple nails broke both times. Like I said this has never happened and happened twice to me here. The ambiance is nice but ambiance does not = quality. Also they are insanely expensive. It is cheaper to get you nails done in Los Angeles. My nail tech there jokingly said he is going to move to Michigan because they charge about $30 more AND for less quality. Go figure ‍

When I checked in, I was told to go pick out a nail color for my pedicure. While looking at the colors, I picked up a couple bottles to compare the colors and a technician came over and said that they don't allow customers to touch the bottles of nail polish. This was my second time here and I've been to a few different salons and this is the first time I've been told that. The pedicure started 10 minutes late and the technician was rough and unfriendly. During the pedicure, she was aggressively picking at my cuticles with the trimmers leaving red spots around several toe nails for hours after my appointment. She was also rough with the filing, often catching other toes while filing the nail. During the leg and foot massage I continued to flinch and tense up but she did not change her pressure, instead telling me to relax. The following day I had a bruise on one shin and a line of soreness on the other. The nail polish on my toes turned out very nice, but the whole experience was unpleasant and left me sore and bruised.
