The tools are definitely sanitized properly and they use disposable files, buffers and pedi bowl liners. The place is very clean. They have complementary beverages for customers. The techs are all nice and I haven't experienced anyone with an attitude here. Sandy is the owner and she's usually there daily. You can tell she takes pride in her salon and is always running around making sure business is taken care of. The only negative is that it's cash only. They do refund the ATM fee that their machine charges- but my bank still charges me a separate fee so I end up out $3.00 or so each time I forget cash. I think their prices are very fair for their services. Im used to paying at least $10 more in Oakland county. Pedicure is great. Includes hot towel, scrub and massage. Nail product application can be hit or miss. Depends on your tech. Unfortunately, they seem to have a turn over of staff.

If you don't care about the cost, this would be a good place to go.

The employees have barber licenses, something most of their competition lacks. If you doubt me, ask for a shave sometime, and you'll be told they can't deliver. By the way, some of the bad reviews here are surprising. A word. This is a barbershop. They do children, but it is probably not a specialty. That being said, I saw several children there. I also saw a young man approach the counter and tell the woman there he had his hair done a few days ago, and he thought it too long. They accomodated him with a trim and sent him on his way, a happy customer. My stylist, Alyssa, was friendly and knew her business. She handled her blade with expertise and delivered a great shave, and then a facial that helped my skin considerably. Reasonably priced. Excellent and competent service. What more can you want.
