We visited Rocco's for my son's first haircut. The shop was clean and welcoming. You sign in and they will call you when someone is available to help you. There is a waiting area but we waited in our car. Nash was AMAZING!! He was patient, kind and explained everything. Our toddler was so comfortable and we had a great experience. We will be back! read more

Best shop in town! My husband and brother come home looking amazing and the barbers are so sweet and the atmosphere is awesome!

Rocco's used to be my go to spot. Only got one bad haircut there in 7 years. Initially I had this place at 5 stars. but i had to revisit my post and update. Rocco's is still a great place for a haircut it lost nothing there. Where it did fall off is the timing. They really need to look at expanding their operation or their hours. It's not acceptable for most people who are on a busy schedule to be told they have an hour to 1-1/2 hr wait. 3 times in the last month I've tried to get a haircut only to leave without one. At one visit I was told 2hr wait! That's insane. Hopefully they fix the issue, until then I've got a new barber that got me in a chair in less that 20 mins, read more

Nash is unable to keep his nose out of other people's business. I have seen him twice comment on someone else's situation and talked about it to their face. He is not rude but he needs to learn to mind his own business, on the flip side they offer amazing haircuts and I usually leave happy read more

Have been going to Lady janes, Rocco's is a refreshing change. Friendly, and welcoming, got a great cut and cheaper. I saw a barber named Brody, best cut I've got in years! read more

The place to go for haircuts! Me and my son are regulars and use Mark! Mark is great and there are several others that are great also!

Awesome bunch of dudes, I recently had a haircut that so jacked up and ran straight to Roccos's, I will forever be a fan

Terrible fade, uneven on the top. Didn't listen to what I asked for at all. I have only had 1 decent haircut from this place and have been there 4 times. read more

Most men end up having their hair done by cosmotologists, especially if they go to one of the franchises. How nice to have a straight edge razor and a facial towel by someone who knows their work. My only criticism is that they have a cash only policy rather than accepting credit cards. That being said, they have a skilled staff and they accept walk ins. read more

Super happy with the fast walk in Service for my son. Great fade! The shop was clean and check in was easy.

These guys are the best around. Worth the drive and worth the wait...and be prepared to wait as they are busy from open to close. All the guys are friendly, welcoming and masters at their craft. Cash only!! read more

Awesome spot for a haircut and for watching tv. The place is always clean, the staff is hilarious and is always friendly. Never had a bad haircut here and from the amount of people that are willing to wait, I'm sure that's how they feel as well. read more

First haircut for my son was performed by a guy named Nash and his cut was great, the last 3-4 times they've butchered this poor kids hair and Shame on me for going back and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Looks like they have a lot of new guys coming in and out and that may be the problem, sadly I can't pay for another hack job on my son when a basic fade can't be performed. read more

Rocco's is the best barber shop. They have many barbers so that the wait is never that long. All of the barbers are professional and polite. Most importantly there is a relaxed atmosphere that makes you just feel comfortable. read more

One of the best shops I've been to, to get a cut. While it does suck that you can't make an appointment because this place gets super busy, the wait is worth the reward. Even fades, extremely clean shop even when they're super busy. They typically have a kid from the community cleaning the floors and helping out which is nice to see. I highly recommend Paul if you go here to get cut, well worth the wait, but I can say without a doubt no matter what barber you choose you're going to get your money and time's worth. Do yourself a favor and get here right when they open because man does it get crazy, but like I said it is worth the wait. That is really the only downside is the fact you can't make an appointment and have to wait, but there really isn't a better barbershop in the area. Well worth it. read more

Paul is amazing with my son. Gives him the best haircut! Can't wait to go back. At the pointe I found Rocco's I had been to 3 other places that butchered my sons hair. Thank god I found this place that really listens and you can show them a picture and they can make it happen read more

First time my husband went here. Everyone was friendly and he came home with an amazing hair cut! Would recommend.

Honestly this place is the best around. The barbers are wonderful with the kids. They shake their hands and allow the kids to pay. Haircuts are top notch no matter who you see. It's a drive for us but worth it read more

All good things come with a wait! There's normally a 30-45 min wait but why rush perfection. Brandon has been cutting my 3 boys and my hair for a few years. He's the only guy who will ever touch my hair. Best place to relax, watch some tv, and leave feeling fresh! read more

This place not only has one Good Harbor everyone on duty is above average plan your visit here accordingly they have plenty of hours. Asked for a trim, just above the ears, gave me a buzz cut around my whole head and left the top. Now I'm deciding to just finish the buzz cut. Would not recommend this place. read more

Well I just moved to this area and I was trying to find somewhere close to home. Very disappointed!! They locked the door ten minutes early! I came to the door and there was still people getting a trim, tried to pull on the door and it was locked. They waved and said sorry we are closed! They just lost my me and if they had done a good job I would have brought my boys here too. read more

I live in Sterling Heights and make the drive out here (because it's worth it) every month to keep this look fresh. I've had a different barber the last 4 visits and each time I've gotten exactly what I wanted. There's a reason they have so many regulars that keep coming back. I'll officially consider myself a regular now and cut it off with my last barber. They just moved down to a new storefront in the same plaza which is probably the reason they've lost their 5 star rating. Don't listen to that one star, he's just pissy. They lock the doors 10-15 minutes before closing if they have a lot of customers. Show up earlier than ten minutes before and you're guaranteed grade A service. read more

just got the worst hair cut of my life .Don't know what this guy was thinking .He gets out a number 2 guide and starts trimming the sides almost to the skin then cuts some off the top and doesn't blend it or anything looks like he put a bowl on my head and cut around it. He seemed in big hurry took my money and left the store before I did .Funny thing is I was the only customer in the store when I got there and there were 5 or 6 barbers there that could have cut my hair that were not in such a big hurry . This guy obviously doesn't take any pride in his job . I won't go outside without my hat until my hair grows back it looks that bad .Don't think I'll be going back there ever read more
