The staff was friendly and attentive, and we never felt rushed. The massage chairs were amazing--super relaxing and made the whole visit feel like a treat. Our nails turned out beautiful, and you can tell they pay attention to detail. There was a lovely gal in a wheelchair getting her nails done and the tech working with her was so kind and nurturing, and she did a great job on this precious gals very arthritic hands. She was so proud and I let her know how fabulous she looked from head to tips! Jen was so very thorough with trimming my toenails. I have ingrown nails and she did a great job trimming back the parts that hurt. For whatever reason when your mask is on, the esthetician leaves the room (takes a break). I've never had this "issue" at any other spa both in and out of town. I honestly don't understand why. Everywhere else you get an extended head, neck, scalp and shoulder massage while the mask is working/resting since it's only a 45 minute to an hour service. It feels like you get abandoned through the middle of your service. When the mask is done resting, they take it off, add some moisturizer you're done. It just feels straight up disruptive and weird. Last time I had a facial there I was left alone in the room with my mask on for 15 minutes in the middle of my service. I honestly thought I was forgotten about.

She is incredibly nice and attentive. The spa pedicure we experienced was pure bless. My nails are so cute and skin so soft. She didn't take all my husbands callous off since he wears work boots but made them smooth. The building was quiet and right downtown. I highly recommend Kerrie for your nail needs.

No, I didn't go back to tell them because I was leaving the area for many months but , in hind sight, I should have reached out in some way. Why do I continue to go back? I keep receiving gift certificates from family, yes, I will ask them to stop. They seem to have changed their focus, it used to be quality but it is now speed and the quality has diminished significantly. My last visit, asked for oval but got round instead, even after telling him they don't look oval to me. The nails were not applied right, they stick up not even attached to the front of my nail. The acrylic is not even at all, it dips lower at the nail. Overall bad quality job, but hey, I was in and out in roughly half hour (probably less). My appointment was for 3:00 and was in my house at 3:40, including a 6-9 minute drive.

And they're always Trying to get more money out of you.
