Got there and right to work they went. I did not get the name of the technician but boy howdy! She knew what she was doing. Quick, efficient, skilled. Without a doubt the best acrylic nail experience I have had. Nails look great, best I have ever seen them. I will definitely be looking to Beauty Nails for my future manicure/ pedicure needs.

Granted it's new (opened in August 2016), the owners obviously have put a lot of love and attention to aesthetics. STAFF: Tran and Jimmy both were very attentive and service was exceptional. I believe they are the owners though I could be mistaken. Tran helped me decide on colors and even went as far as to show me how they looked on her own nail. She also showed me the different gel finishes. Until today I was not aware you could get a matte finish with gel! Jimmy did excellent work on my nails. Everything from the shape to the color was perfect. SELECTION: Absolutely amazing selection of both services and nail color. You have your standard nail color, gel, powder press color, chromes, and more! Best of all, it's neatly organized and Tran answered all of my many questions about the nail colors. I ended up getting a beautiful pastel powder press color with a gel matte finish. Jimmy was very patient with me as I couldn't make up my mind with such a huge selection! SERVICES: While I only had my nails done, I did talk with them about their other services. They offer waxing, pedicures, an adorable area for children to get a 'full spa treatment ' and even Henna! I'm sure I probably missed something but you can check their website for more details. I plan on returning not only for my nails but to try out some of their other services as well. PRICES: I honestly expected higher prices because the entire experience is high end from the moment you are greeted. During her appointment, the technician doing her pedicure apparently forgot that she was also scheduled for a manicure. When he realized it, he became visibly frustrated, started working on her nails himself, and then abruptly pushed her off to another employee. Unfortunately, the service only got worse from there. The manicure was rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. The polish application is uneven, messy around the edges, and looks nothing like what I would expect from a professional salon. Even more concerning, multiple fingers were cut during the process, causing bleeding around the cuticles. A manicure should never leave a customer bleeding. The lack of care and attention to detail was shocking. Looking at her nails afterward, it was clear that proper cuticle care and polish application techniques were not followed. Extremely disorganized and careless from start to finish. Between the scheduling mix-up, the technician's attitude, being passed from one person to another, the poor quality of the manicure, and the cuts around her nails. What makes this even more upsetting is that my daughter rarely gets her nails done and was excited to have them done for our Hawaiian vacation. Instead of leaving with a positive experience, she left with sore, bleeding fingers. I only wish I had been there to stand up for her and address the situation in the moment. The person on the phone was not very nice and every question I asked was then asked to someone nearby because she didn't know the answers. Which whatever, I know new people need to be trained, but she seemed annoyed with my questions. The day of my appointment arrived and I entered to find a man behind the counter and absolutely no workers around. My appointment was at 11am and I was pretty early, but when I told him, he went into the back with a cell phone and came back and said, "She's on her way." Finally at about 11:20, the salon's owner, Echo, came in and did not really apologize for my wait, but told me she normally doesn't work Mondays and her other employee called in sick. My manicure was terrible. She accidentally put base coat on over my color as a top coat, making the color underneath not dry, but the top harden. (Later that night, I was able to pull the color straight off my nails and had to redo them myself. The pedicure was better, but the color came off completely about a week later, practically popped off.) At the end of my appointment, she had me put my toes back under the black light and told me, "You probably want to let those stay in there for another three minutes," grabbed her purse, and left. I felt like I was a nuisance to her, which I do not understand. She's running a freaking business; customers are a good thing, especially noticing now how this place has a bad track record for service. Also, I'm not looking for a heart to heart conversation with a stranger when I get my nails done, but she didn't really talk to me except for complaining about her other employees, one who had called in sick, and the other who didn't have her licensing yet to do work. She also complained to me about the man at the front counter who was helping her with the business, which is super unprofessional. I don't need to hear that. I like supporting local businesses, but I will not go back to Echo's.
