They offer different massage services but no amenities. It's small inside but very clean and well kept. Booking an appointment was easy over the phone. I appreciate someone picks up when you call and they also text. They are nice and professional. They also started on time which I appreciated. My massage therapist was open to feedback when I asked for more or less pressure as she worked on my body. The prices are average for a massage in this area. If you pay cash, you get a complimentary add on.

The cold plunge was 60 degrees on my first visit, 55 degrees on my second - both plenty cold for a beginner like me. Overall, a nice relaxing treat for your body although I wish they also offered grooming services like pedicures. It's not the largest place, but it's big enough and facilities like this are hard to find in the US.

Please only use the Spa for the wet area. The wet area and body scrub (only do not add the face mask or any add ons) are worth the money. Everything else is not. The staff including the front desk and massage therapist were genuine and caring. The facility was clean. The snacks area in the lounge were stocked. The uniform and towels were clean as well. This review is strictly for management and how they would allow a massage therapist that did not know what they were doing to massage customers. I am disappointed that I would be charged $140 + tip for the worst massage I have received. I have visited the Yu Spa many times and this time I opted for a dry massage. Now that I have had one I will not be returning.

I am definitely not going back here…read more They charge for a haircut and "style," but apparently "style" just means a blow-dry. What made the experience worse was that she never even asked how I wanted my hair styled. She simply blow-dried it straight, then said we were done. The communication was ridiculously poor throughout the appointment. On top of that, my scalp was burning during the blow-dry, apparently from the combination of the product, hot water, and the way the hair dryer was being used. I left feeling like my scalp and hair were not treated with much care at all. For the price, I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and basic care. I would avoid this place if you value your peace, your money, and the health of your scalp and hair.

While the massage therapists themselves are…read morefantastic and give great massages, the front desk operations and management practices are completely disorganized and unfair to the customer. My experience with their membership has been incredibly frustrating: Billing Errors: During my first month, I was charged the membership fee despite explicitly instructing the front desk to use the remaining $100 balance on my gift card. Hidden Fees: I was switched to a different therapist without being informed they were classified as a "Master" therapist, resulting in an unexpected upgrade fee at checkout.Scheduling & No-Show Fees: Every time I book an appointment (a month in advance), they call me on the day of the service trying to change my time. To make matters worse, a scheduling mix-up occurred where they booked me for a day I never requested. Despite having the correct day saved in my own calendar, they charged me a $109 cancellation fee with zero flexibility or discussion. I emailed management to resolve these issues and have received no response after 48 hours. The customer service here is severely lacking, and the business practices feel incredibly predatory. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I honestly don't know if I would even call what I received a massage. It felt more like lotion being rubbed all over my body with occasional tapping just to pass the time. There was very little actual massage technique or pressure. I even mentioned my concern during the session but the response was that I needed to "relax my body." I get massages at least 3 times a month so I'm very familiar with what a good massage feels like. This was not it. I gave this establishment another opportunity after my previous disappointing experience because I believe in second chances, but I definitely won't be returning again. For only about $5 more, I've had significantly better experiences at Cloud 9 and Elegant Massage nearby. The difference in quality is unbelievable. If Yelp allowed 0-1/2 a star, that's what I would give this experience. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I rarely say this, but I genuinely would not recommend this place at ALL! It's pretty horrible.

All three times they ended the massage with 5 minutes left, and all three times they spent 95% of the time on a single general area while only spending a few minutes on the rest of my body. The massage quality itself was decent, but nothing special, especially for the price, and there was too much chiropractic-type work with the "strong hands" massage which should have been sports massage like it claimed, but it was not. The head rest on the tables is also angled downwards slightly for some reason, which makes it so your neck ends up supporting your head more than the head rest does. Nice decor and the place looks high quality, clean, especially the bathroom with a literal full makeup vanity table inside of it, but that doesn't make up for the high prices without the quality or consistency (or actually listening to the customer) to back it up. For all I know, the spa treatments may be great, but this review is about the massages... ...and their review practices, which is probably why this page is flooded with 5-star reviews. They'll text you multiple times, asking for you to review them if you give them your phone number, until you do; they'll also ask this right after you get your massage too. I feel like there was a sign saying you'd even get a discount if you did, but I can't remember for sure. So if you're wondering why there's so many 5-star reviews...
