(So... you're telling me that I have to regulate temperature, water pH levels, while running the bubbles and cleaning the tank? I'll stick to the shedding!) The store employee even remembered the entire transaction, yet no one was willing or able to correct the refund. It's frustrating that neither the store nor corporate support would resolve such a small issue. Customer service should matter more than losing a customer over $29. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where returns and customer concerns are handled properly.

This store for grooming ,especially, deserves negative ratings and should be shut down…read more Grooming employees REFUSE to take dogs out to use the bathroom, leave dogs in extreme stress, disregard customer wants/directives when dogs are dropped off, and refuse to communicate. A bath takes over 4 hours, no communication when dogs are ready to be picked up, etc. If the grooming staff is allowed to take a damn smoke break, they can take the dogs to the fucking bathroom!
