I've been using this service between me and my family for almost 8 years. I own a business in Florida and wanted to keep the subscription going. This particular Hollywood feed is very unprofessional and run by kids. Multiple times it has taken them 5-8 hrs to deliver 15 mins away. They do not car about frequent feeder they do not care about loyalty. They do not care about customer service. Multiple times I they will send a notification telling me it's out for delivery only to still not receive anything multiple hours later. Today was the last straw. This place is so unprofessional that I am risking my dogs diet and changing it just to avoid them. The store in Cape Coral is our favorite pet store EVER, ANYWHERE!! They are SO helpful and knowledgeable about everything to do with your pet. I have complete trust in everything we buy for our Shih Tzu there - and if she doesn't like it (!), you can return it and they donate it to the animal shelter. They have a complete selection of food, snacks, toys, leashes, etc. No need to look elsewhere. AND they are so friendly and welcoming. It's like visiting your friends! Went to pet people to support local business. Well after feeling ripped-off today, wont be back or recommend to any one. They sell you on specials, give you punch cards, then take them away, saying they will enter it in computer. So you have No proof of what your telling them. So they have lost my business, and everyone I know. You can find what they carry many other places, much less expensive too. I give Zero stars. read more

I have shopped here a few times. It is always a great experience. I wanted to comment today on an employee who went above and beyond! I wish I had gotten her name... but she was exceptional. I was there with my two young grandchildren and really needed to look around and ask a few questions. My grandchildren had different ideas and only wanted to play with dog toys! This young woman sat on the floor with my two grandchildren- played with them while answering all my questions! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I came across Pet People after stopping by the new one that opened up in fort Myers. I have never even heard of their products and used to shop at PetSmart prior to discovering Pet People. At that time, I only purchased a small treat for my dog after eating at a restaurant next door and was given several samples by one of the staff during check out; one which was Rawbble. My dogs went crazy for this stuff! Since then I have been a complete fan of this place and their products. I live in CC so I frequent the Santa Barbara location almost monthly. I love that they give you free samples as this has helped me purchase more of their products without feeling guilty, since I hate returning opened products. I have also tried their Zignature products (which my dogs also love) after receiving a sample. Since then, I have purchased several brands and recently purchased dog friendly peanut butter. My dogs also love their Beef Taffy (beef esophagus) which I give as a treat. I have also purchased their Ultra Oil (omega fish oil). Dogs don't seem to mind it added to their foods. Seriously, this place is awesome and have tons of premium quality products. It's like the pet version of Whole Foods lol. If you love your pets, come here and get them the good stuff!
